Chapter 12

2 Months Later
Blake's POV
The past two month's have been quite interesting. After the first week, Sarah returned home and we would see each other quite often at school, obviously. Also, the girls from the student body speak to me quite often, which is a plus since I don't know very many people. Except that, whenever they talk to me, I can tell they are super interested in speaking to me. When I say that, I don't mean like a stalkerey kinda interested but more like genuinely interested. I have a feeling they might have a crush but I don't know. Anyways, I made some other friends as well. The first is a bear anthro named Jake. He is in the football team and how we became friends is quite interesting.

Around week two I believe, I took Sarah to a football game and they had a half time challenge. The challenge was to see if you can beat one of the football teams player in throwing. So, obviously they asked me to participate and I did so. I was playing against Jake and he was good but I could tell he needed work. He threw and he did pretty well. I beat him by several yards but what impressed him the most was that, with his throw it curved afterwards, while mine did not. So after the challenge he kindly asked if I could help him with his throwing. I showed him what to do and he did a couple practice throws and he was throwing a lot better. He even threw the winning touchdown as well. After that, I have been helping him, and as for why I was really good, I played football with my friends a lot but was never interested in Jr. High but didn't play anymore in High School.

I also made some friends with some other people that Jake and the student body officers introduced me too. Now, the biggest thing is I have understood more about my Nemesis abilities. I have read the files and documents about Nemesis and I have tested and practiced. I have gotten a lot stronger and have been exercising a lot now. But that isn't the highlight though.

The highlight is when Sarah took me to our latest school dance. We had fun, and met some new people but what made it more special was what she shared with me.

She told me that, with how close we had gotten, she wanted to officially become bf and gf. It surprised since it had only been a few weeks but she shared something that was very special. She shared that, sharks take relationships like this very serious. Mainly that they treat it with care and they only ask if they truly knew they wanted to be with someone i. that way. Once she shared that, I was touched. Out of all the people and out of our experiences, she wanted to be with me. So, I did what I knew was right, I accepted it and now we have been dating practically every other day now. It's kinda interesting.

Now, also, she did share with me that the girls who visited, the student body girls, did also have a crush on me and she was willing to share me with them. Now, yes it seems weird but I have learned something about anthros that make them, quite different than humans. Simply said, unlike humans, when they set there eyes on someone, they usually stay with them. Now, I don't know if it's like some instinct or something but all I know is that if I didn't do it, I would break there hearts.

Anyways, it has been a good two months. Dr. Fleeck and Brittney have come by and I met the president who was a cat anthro named Isabelle. She was really nice and was quite excited to meet me. Also, Dr. Fleeck, Brittney, and Isabelle have been filled in on my abilities and at first were concerned but after telling and showing them that I had no desire to misuse my abilities except to use them to help people, they were less concerned. They did research on me and were not only fascinated but intrigued.

Which brings us to today. Right now school is out, we have a two week break with it being almost Christmas. I had been thinking on what to get Sarah for christmas but hadn't decided on anything. I was on my daily morning jog breathing in the nice cold air. I was wearing jogging pants and a black tank top. It felt nice to be out in the nice cold air, despite there being two feet of snow on the ground. Now, the cold doesn't bother me that much because of my abilities, well actually it doesn't affect me nor bother so, it's a plus. I finished my jog and walked up to my house. My door was ajar and upon walking in smelled breakfast being cooked.

Upon smelling cooking sausage and eggs, I knew it had to be Sarah. Ever since ce we became a couple, I had given her a spare key, just in case she needed anything. Anyways, I walked into the kitchen and saw Sarah, wearing a christmas themed shirt and sweat pants. I came up behind her and covered her eyes.

Blake: It appears I have caught a beautiful christmas elf cooking a magical breakfast.

She giggled and she turns around.

Sarah: And it appears that one of Santa's helpers came back from trekking the arctic tundra.

I smile and we kiss. We stand there for a minute then separate.

Sarah: How was your jog?

I smile as I lean against the counter and she went back to cooking.

Blake: Nice, was Jane, looked like she had family around for Christmas.

Sarah: I bet that's nice.

Blake: Yeah, I bet it is.

I droop my head and sigh. Sarah finishes cooking and hugs me. I return the hug, feeling better since I don't really have anyone besides Sarah and my friends.

Sarah: Your not alone this christmas.

She lets go and looks to me with loving eyes.

Sarah: Since this is your first christmas since you have been awake, I thought I would make it special.

Blake: How so?

She giggled.

Sarah: I can't spoil the surprise. Now, breakfast is ready.

She handed me my plate and we went to the living room and we sat on the couch and turned on the tv. We were watching a cheesy christmas show as we ate. After which, I finished and hopped into the shower. I then got dressed and ready for the day. I wore my usual black suit, or Nemesis suit as I like to call it, and I walked out into the living room. I saw that Sarah had changed also.

Blake: So, with it being the first day of christmas break and christmas three days away, what do you want to do today?

She thought and smiled.

Sarah: The ice skating rink is open. I thought since ice skating is a winter activity, why not go there?

Blake: Sure why not.

She smiles and we headed out. Despite never been ice skating before, thought it would be fun none the less.
