Kage pushed back her hair as she sighed, looking over the time, her eyebrows furrowed, growing worried as Izuku was cutting it close. He had gone to get the rope, after training, but she knew he should've been back by now.

"Kage..."

'I know...'

_____________

"Sorry, our breaks almost over, so I'm heading off." Kage eyes slightly widened, before she stood from her seat, pushing it in after her.

"Right. I should too."

"Okay! Just so you know, I'm looking forward to it, too!" Mirio grinned, as Kage nodded.

Eri's head tilted at the two, "Deku, Warrior, you're leaving already?"

Izuku placed his hands on his knees, looking down at the girl, "sorry, I have to practice."

"On the day of, once Midoriya and Kage is done, the four of us can walk around together!" Mirio grinned.

"Deku...Lemillion...Warrior..." Eri called to them, "I'm getting excited."

Kage kneeled next Izuku, placing a hand on the girl's head, "wanna know something?" Eri nodded, "I am too." Kage grinned.

////

"Nakamura...?" The ruby haired female hummed from beside Izuku, "I've realized, you smile a lot with Eri...." Kage blinked, as she thought about it, a small smile forming on her face, as she rubbed at the back of her neck.

"I do don't I..." She chuckled, before her smile fell, and her arms returned to her side.

"I guess....she just reminds me of myself, and I want to help her. And if making her smile saves her...." She looked up at Izuku, tears in her eyes and a grin on her face, "I'll do my best at just that. I want to be someone she can rely on..."

"I want to be her hero..."

____________

Kage found herself sighing once again, as she watched her classmates prepare, many beginning to grow nervous.

She looked down at her phone, sending short text to the male, which was something she didn't really do. She only had his number cause of emergencies.

When he didn't answer, or even see the message she frowned. 'What type of mess did you get yourself into, Midoriya?'

___________

"My aim...?" Kage questioned, looking at Izuku with confusion.

"Yeah! You have great aim with your knives, even when you're moving. A-and you're really good, even though you're half blind.... How?" Izuku asked, the female scratching at her neck in thought.

"Well.... There's not much to it. I always just focus on who or what I'm aiming at. And I practice a lot. But really, it's all about your focus on the situation ot the target." She looked at the greenette, placing her hands on her hips, and leaning on her left foot.

"I only have one good eye. But there's nothing special. Who or what is your target? What's the situation around you? Ask yourself that, and when you have those answers. Thinks of a plan. Aim. And fire." Izuku seemed to think over the situation, before looking up at her with a smile.

"Thank you!"

"Yeah."

___________

Izuku kept himself from sliding against the floor of the construction site, as he looked up with a glare. 'Thank you, Nakamura.'

"This is certainly..." The greenette snapped his head to look behind him, "...an unexpected situation." Gentle Criminal looked down at Izuku, from his spot stuck on a piece holding up the unfinished building.

"However, I will not lose my composure!" The villain laughed.

"How can you still be like that?!" Izuku hissed.

"I will definitely make my plan succeed! I have the resolve to do it!" Gentle grinned, as Izuku scowled.

"Midroiya's not here." Kage nodded with a sigh, carrying a box of supplies, from next to Shoto.

"He went to go buy rope." Yuga informed.

"It's so late, though. What's he still doing?" Kage glanced at the two, before looking forward, as she gripped the box in her hand.

"That's true."

'What are you doing, Midoriya?'

Kage stared at the male, as Recovery Girl healed his scars, holding back the urge to smack him.

"What did you do? You idiot. Everyone was worried." Kage narrowed her eyes at the greenette, as he laughed nervously. Aoyama looked between the two, practically feeling the anger radiating off of Kage.

Not only was she angry that he was late. But she didn't want to disappoint Eri, and Izuku was close to doing just that. But she was also worried, she knew something happened, that was more than "just a fall".

"Sorry!"

Kage sighed, before walking out, the two males quick to follow, "let's go."

"Right!"
