Wings ~Jotaro X Reader~

Chapter Nine

     We went into the next room. Avdol places a book on a small table as he points to a picture of the fly. "This." We lean in to look. Me and Jotaro standing you as Joestar and Avdol sat at the table.

     'The Nile Ue Ue Fly. It dwells only within the Nile River Basin. The ones with the stripes on their legs are known as Aswan Ue Ue Flies.'  I read.

     "Whoa... Wait, Egypt?!" I questioned, shocked. "We're going to Egypt?" Avdol nods.

     "And we've narrowed it down to the Aswan area. Dio is there." He says.

     "So, it is Egypt?" A voice says from the door.

     "Huh?" We all turn to see Kakyoin. "Kakyoin?" I say, raising an eyebrow.

     "What do you mean by that?" Mr. Joestar asked him.

     "The flesh bud was planted in my brain three months ago. When my family was on vacation in Egypt visiting the Nile, I met Dio." Kakyoin explained.

     "You were in Egypt too? It appears that, for some reason, Dio doesn't want to leave Egypt." Avdol says as Kakyoin walks into the room.

     "When are you going? I'll go with you." He says, putting a hand over his heart.

     "What?"

     "Why would you go with us?" Jotaro asked him.

     "About that..." Kakyoin starts as he looks at the floor, "I'm not sure why I suddenly want to join you, either." He says, looking at Jotaro with a smile. Jotaro made a "Tch"  as he looked away. Kakyoin then pointed to his head, saying, "I've regained my senses because of you. That's all."

     'Awww.'  I thought, smiling as Mr. Joestar stood up and kneeled next to Holly.

     "Holy, we'll save you, no matter what. Don't worry." He then smiles. "There's nothing to worry about. We'll make you better. You take it easy." He says to Holy. He then looks up at Grandma. "Emily, could you stay here and watch over her?" He asks her.

     She gives him a small smile and says, "Of course. I'll do anything to help." She then puts a hand on his shoulder. He gives her a thankful smile then it gets quiet. 

      He then looks back at us. "There's no time. We leave immediately." He says getting up.

     'Wait, now!?'  I thought as everyone started leaving the room.

~SMALL TIMESKIP~

     I decided to change since we were gonna be stuck on a plane for hours. I changed into a short dark blue pleated skirt, with a slightly oversized (F/C) sweater along with white ankle socks and white sneakers. I met Grandma at the door when I was done. She handed me a backpack with extra clothes, my sketchbook, and a camera. 

     "What's the camera for?" I asked, taking it out and snapping a random picture. It was a (F/C) polaroid camera (Vintaged/1980). The photo came out and shook it as she replied.

     "I thought it would've been nice if you have to save memories with. So I bought this for you." She said as she flinched as I got a picture of her, earning me a glare. 

     I laughed as we made our way to the front gate. As we walked, men in suits hurried past us into the house. I looked at them confused. "Who are they?" I asked.

     "They're doctors from the Speedwagon Foundation. Joseph called them in, and they'll be helping me watch over Holy." She explained. "Speedwagon," I repeated to myself lowly. My mind goes back to when Grandma was telling me about our family history. 'I think she said he was my Great Great Great Grandfather?'
