it's been what? a year? 2 years? since I've touched wattpad lakfsjaldkj

anyway I'm bored as fUCK so uhhhh time to update fics to fandoms that im not really a part of 

dont get me wrong lol i still love ml buuuut since we're at this big hiatus i kinda fell off the bandwagon until the new season pops up (but holy hell yall did you guys see that movie?? might have to simp for jessica idk,,)

until then ive moved to bnha and hooooooooooo boy im running wild in that fandom so uh scream with me in the dms/comments if you want idk

obviously my writing skills have grown since i last abandoned yall so!! there will be a few changes!! 

love how i said i was leaving wattpad but quarantine made me want to come back for funsies lmao. ngl prob gonna leave again once quarantine is over lmao

Adrien slid on the (very pink, and very sparkly) tail and looked at Marinette who was very red in the face. "So uh," he coughed. "What's next?"

"Hm? Oh!" Marinette clapped her hands together and rushed over to the blond's side. "Now, just sit in the water and try to talk to it again. When you're ready, start swimming around. Go with the flow, lose yourself to the waves."

"Ok. I can do that. Totally."

Marinette laughed and her furious blush died down to a rosy pink. "Don't overthink it. That's my thing. Here." She sunk into the lagoon and Adrien watched in awe as her legs shifted and glowed until there was nothing but fin and scales. "I'll be here with you so you don't feel dumb. See?" She bumped her tail with his. "We match!"

Adrien laughed and felt the awkwardness die down. "Hey, you're right!" 

"See? It's not bad once you get used to it. You ready to feel the water again?"

Adrien nodded before closing his eyes. The water responded in turn, and small waves rolled through the cove in excitement. Marinette watched as the plastic tail twitched every so often before he finally pushed himself off the rocky ledge they were sitting on and started swimming in lazy circles, eyes still closed. Smiling, Marinette followed suit, effortlessly gliding through the waves.

The water swirled around them, pushing the two around each other in an aquatic dance. Soon enough Adrien opened his eyes to see Marinette smiling at him, water brushing her shoulders with sunlight bouncing off the droplets making them shine like diamonds.

She looked ethereal.

Adrien's breath hitched. "Mari..."

Her grin widened. "You did it, Adrien! You looked so effortless! The water really likes you!"

He blinked. "R-really?" He looked down as if to ask to water itself. "Really?"

"You're a natural, Adrien. How did it feel?"

"Hm?"

"When you were swimming. How did it feel?"

How did it feel? It felt wonderful. Adrien had never felt so much peace before. There was nothing but him and the soft waves. The way the water curved and caressed him, flowing with him as he swam, wrapping him in its warmth. It felt safe. It felt like home."

"...Amazing," he finally replied, "it felt amazing."

Marinette's responding grin was as bright as the sun. "I'm glad."

anyway yeah that's p much it.

uh i put this on my message board on my profile way back when but i forgot that not everyone that follows this story follows me so here i am. telling yall 2 years later lol.

but i'm not writing anymore.

at least not on wattpad. 

so all my stories have been discontinued. i have no plans of updating any of my stories and i dont see these plans changing at all.

i still check my notifs tho and when i see all the comments and people adding this story to their libraries i feel so bad bc im not updating anymore alksdfj

this chapter kinda serves as an official and final goodbye? honestly i was just super mega bored so thats why this is here so yeah. yall got a lil bonus gift before i left.

if i do end up updating this story again assume it's because i have nothing better to do. aka dont hold your breath waiting for the next chapter lmao. 

like i said on my message board if someone wants to pick up where i left off and adopt this story (or any of my stories bc theyre all discontinued) just send a dm my way and we'll work something out :)

but yeah! thanks for your time and thanks for the nice comments despite me no longer being active on wattpad. and thanks so much to the people who were there when i first started uploading here. yall really are the best and really made my experience here a fun one.
