A young teenage student who wouldn't hurt a fly hasn't exactly had the best school experience like in forever. Ever since he started, Jacob has been an easy target for being for somewhat different than the others. His sassy personality and very much talkative, he can talk himself to an early grave. People talk down and shame him for being himself but he still holds his head up, and continues to be himself no matter what people may say about him
Throughout every year of high school, Jacob is still pushing to make friends but it always doesn't end out well. It's either someone wants to beat him up, someone gets totally weirded out by his choice in opinion or they just simply think he's a potty mouth so they choose to stay away instead. Either way he gets bashed for it

Jacob saw the group of boys he saw earlier who he happened to have a drive by conversation with. The conversation wasn't deep. It was only a little gossip as earlier in the day they all watched a fight break out in the front of the school
Jacob's POV The fight was a mess. These guys were fighting and it looked pretty much dangerous too. I'm surprised a teacher didn't come and break it up. The other guys had to jump in to break them apart but just ended up turning into a bigger fight. It was a little amusing as other these other guys were standing right next to me. One asked me if I knew how the fight broke out but I said no. He made a few shady jokes and I laughed and then he pulled out his phone. He kind of nudged me asking if I saw that swing that guy just did on the other guy in the fight. I don't know why but I said I did making it sound all dramatic but I lied cause I didn't see nothing. I was busy struggling to see more than I was watching since I was crowded with all these people around me. I was shorter than these tall people around me as well, that's why
The guy laughed, "Catch you later dude!", he patted me
Okay. What was all that about? Was that a patt of 'okay we are cool. I'll catch you around so we can hang out' or was that a random physical contact just cause. Whatever it was he touched me, and people don't just go around touching you if they don't like you, right?!
I remember I still stood there and teachers came running out. It's about time! One guy already had a bloody nose. I was soo nosey and trying to watch all that drama that I didn't realise I bumped into someone, a girl and uhh...
Jacob: "Sorry... I- I didn't mean to bump into you like that. That was uncalled for" [I said nervously with my arm out just to see if she's okay]
She chuckled, "It's fine. Just look where you are going next time" [She smiled]
She was standing next to me watching the fight being broken apart too... not long after I noticed her friends give me this look, and it wasn't a nice one too
During Jacob's break he saw the same group of boys that was stood watching the fight next to him, sat in the canteen area. Laughing, having a good time. Jacob took a deep breath and walked over
