With my back pressed into my bed
My brown eyes focus on the white ceiling
Hands crossed over my chest
As flashbacks of the documentaries
I watched flood my mind
Not a single tear
Escape these burning eyes
Children affected by child labor
Affected by human trafficking
Affected by traditions
Broken in their own home
I'll let my tears out for you all
Go down on my knees
And pray
For that's all I can do
And stand up for your rights
Iniquity will always be on our land
