Wrapping my arms
Around myself
In the middle
Of something damaging
My ears hurt
Their loud voices
Overpowering the music in the back
I took a step back
Maria moved closer to James
Striking punches at him
Not a word escape my lips
I'm used and abused
I allowed my feet to take me out
Of this atmosphere
That's what I do
