To have my mother kick me out of the house was like a wrecking ball slamming into my skull
With no second thought
She shouted 'Get out ' and pointed at the wooden front door
I really needed to get out of there
Because somebody would get hurt
Momma did a good job leaving
Charred remains of my heart
I looked at what I did wrong
Even though it wasn't so extreme
For her to kick me out
Also, does she take time to remember what she did?
I doubt it because
Charred remains of my heart
Is better than being abused
