WARNING:
Disturbing confessions of a suffering soul ahead.

August 11, 2020
Rubbing my temples
A long sigh escaped my chapped lips
Body resting on the cold floor
A heart that longs for death
My fingers wrapped around the bobby pin
Parting my lips
The body pin was inches away from it
Should I push it down my throat?
My eyes watered
I'm fighting my own self
'Can I have you?'
I pictured death asking me
Reaching out a hand for me
And I would surely say yes
