Missy was spending the night at a friend's house, and Roman was still asleep at the hospital and Janus' boyfriend was on a trip, so Janus was in his house by himself, on the phone.
"please. My son is in the hospital. I'm falling apart, I just need you here for emotional support" he cried
"Regina is not your son, and she will not ever be, you're just lying to yourself" his boyfriend replied, hanging up the phone. Janus went upstairs and cried himself to sleep.
