It was several weeks after the 'incident'.
Rose had refused to tell her mother what happened as she wasn't quite sure herself. Whenever her mom questioned her about it, she'd change the subject by using the TV guide or saying she was hungry or tired. There was always a way around answering her. Her mom would often sigh and generally leave her alone. As for day to day life, Rose had been bored out of her mind. Everyday was the same.
Morning = Breakfast. (Probably toast). Work.
Lunchtime = Sandwich and crisps. Work.
Night time = Finish work. Chips.How she managed life like this everyday for nineteen years? How did her mom mange this for...God knows how many!
Three weeks without the Doctor had panicked her. No contact of any kind had been made. Not that she could blame him. The TARDIS made you forget what day, month, year it was and how long you'd been away from home. She decided he call if he ever needed her. Not that he would. He didn't want her anymore. By now he'd have a new companion. 'Brunette, curvy, wears a lot of blue'. She thought. She made up adventures for him to have in her head. Day after day she'd spend start down at work or at home thinking of the days that could have been with her Doctor.
