BIANCA HAD MESSED UP, AGAIN. Once the shadows evaporated they were not in Greece,

"Oh great," Bianca said, "New York City now,"

"Shadow travel really isn't your thing, is it?" Leo said,

"I'm sorry, it was just because I was thinking of New York," she said,

"Oh, because in the hotel you said we had business here?" Leo asked,

"I guess so... Next time I'll try harder to get you to Greece, promise." Bianca said holding out her pinky, Leo did the same and they shook on it,

"There's not much to do... Burgers?" he asked,

"The worlds going to end in a few weeks and you want to eat burgers?" Bianca questioned as Leo cracked a small smile, "I know a place, just please don't stray away." she said,

"Whatever you say Ghost Queen." Leo said as Bianca smiled.

LEO WAS SHOCKED HE MADE HER SMILE. No offence to Bianca but she was scary. They had only been walking around 4 blocks and Leo already explained all about how the Argo II works and to his surprise, she listened. Actually she did more than listen, she asked questions and was interested. That's a first Leo thought. Once they finally got to the burger place and sat down she started asking questions,

"So how is everyone? I haven't seen Percy since he disappeared," she said licking some sauce from the burger off her thumb. Oh no Leo thought, she doesn't know.

"Oh, yeah... Percy." he said. Bianca but her burger down,

"Is something wrong?" she asked. Leo bit his lip,

"Him and Annabeth, they uh fell into Tartarus." he said,

"What?" Bianca asked, and so Leo told her the full story about Annabeth's mission to get the Athena Parthenos to Camp Half-Blood to stop a war between the Greeks and Romans, "A-are they at least alive?" she asked,

"We're not sure, but I believe they'll make it to the Doors of Death and make it out of Tartarus," Leo explained,

"Nico went into Tartarus, I told him not to but he didn't listen, the descriptions he gave me... They were terrifying and I didn't even see it. He's changed you know, and it's my fault." Bianca said,

"How is it your fault?" Leo asked,

"Around 4 years ago I went on a quest with the hunters of Artemis and Percy to find Artemis and Annabeth. We were in some sort of trash pile up for the Gods and I took something, it was a Mythomagic Figurine, the last one Nico needed to complete his set. But when I did that I woke up a Talos prototype, I told Percy to give Nico the Hades figurine if I didn't make it. I managed to destroy the prototype but they thought I died, clearly I didn't. Hades had brought me to the Underworld and made me stay there for a few months, and when I came back, Nico wasn't the same," she said, "Nico told me Tartarus was horrible and that he barely made it out alive, but Percy and Annabeth have each other I'm sure they'll make it."

"You know on the Argo II Percy and Annabeth were caught sleeping next to each other in the stables," Leo marked trying to cheer her up, it worked,

"What! Oh my Gods," she said with a laugh,

"They claimed nothing happened, but Coach Hedge was pissed," he said,

"The saytr?" Bianca asked and Leo nodded.

They finished their burgers and left, Bianca said she was ready for another try at the shadow travel but Leo didn't think so,

"I think we should wait longer so that you don't mess up again."

"But we need to hurry, we don't want to attract any monsters." she said,

"Just wait another hour,"

"I suppose we could, but what would we even do? Talk?"

"I suppose we could," Leo said mocking her as they continued walking the streets of New York, just talking.
