A/N: Now then, it's time for the ultimate test of pro-readiness! Ayami's gotten pretty lucky getting out of incidents relatively unscathed since she joined UA, but now she's up against thousands of kids from other schools- what could go wrong?
As Ayami descended while her classmates split up to continue training, there was a gruff voice by the entrance that seemed to meet everyone in the TDL. "That's enough, Class A! Class B is scheduled to use this training room every afternoon!" Vlad King barked from the doorway, flanked by his students.
Kendou was right behind him- dressed in a teal cheongsam, a black corset, mask, shorts, a satchel attached to a belt, and navy-n-white boots- and Monoma wasn't far behind, either; he was dressed in a tuxedo with a tailcoat, a belt sporting a few small clocks, a blue black-spotted tie, and bright white shoes.
Kaminari seemed to have a mini panic on the spot. "Man! Crap timing!"
Ayami furrowed her brow. She had only checked the time a few minutes ago, and she remembered having about fifteen minutes left then. That much time hadn't already passed, had it?
"Eraser, get your kids out of the way!" Vlad King commanded in a harsh tone.
Aizawa didn't comply, instead giving the other homeroom teacher a deadpan stare. "You're not trying to kick us out early when we have ten whole minutes left, are you?"
"Hey, did ya hear?" Monoma taunted, "The Licence Exam has a fifty percent pass rate! That means your entire class might fail!"
Kendou shook her head as she walked past the cackling blond. Kaminari blinked before staring at him. "Wait, is that Monoma's hero costume!?"
"Well, since his quirk is Copy, he he said he didn't need anything too eccentric," Kendou replied with a shrug.
As Ayami resisted Ares' urge to shout I have a copying quirk that basically outdoes his tenfold and yet here we are, fully decked out in a useful costume! Yours is just showing off at this point; how can you even fight in that!?, Kaminari cringed. "This is him toned down!?"
"Unfortunately, his observations are correct," Tokoyami admit. "If we're taking the same exam, then we'll crush each other. That's the hand fate dealt us."
"And why we won't be testing in the same location," Aizawa interjected. "Our classes applied to different spots."
"There are two exam days," Vlad added, "in June and in September. And each of the tests are held in three different places. We don't want students from the same place fighting; we split you up. Each school has at most one class at a single location."
Ayami caught a small sigh of relief from Monoma before he spoke. "How sad we won't be able to face each other directly!"
As he once again began to cackle, Kirishima frowned. "Man, this guy's nuts!"
"Yeah, I think he's officially gone off the deep end," Kaminari agreed.
"You can say that again," Ares grumbled. "Honestly, what else is new?"
Sero, who was also drawn from his training, had walked over to them. "All those other schools... huh, interesting. I didn't know that was the case; so we'll be facing kids from other places."
Midoriya nodded. "And on top of that, we'll be taking the test earlier than most of the other students."
"That's true," agreed Aizawa. "Very few first-years in the country try for a Provisional License. In other words, the test will be made up of students who've trained longer than you, and with Quirks you don't know about; ones that are powerful. The actual content of the exam is a mystery, but you can expect you're going to have a rough time. Try not to get hung up about that, but keep it in mind."
