A few days later, Ayami's daily life at UA was interrupted by a call-in from Ryuukyuu's agency, saying that she was required for something. She quickly grabbed her uniform and put it on- told she didn't need her costume, curiously- and threw her bag over her shoulder.

Satisfied and a little confused, she left her dorm room to see Tsu down the hall also leaving her room. They went down the elevator together and immediately saw Ochaco doing the same, stepping out the door to notice Midoriya and Kirishima waiting.

"Morning!" Ochaco exclaimed, "You two going in today?"

"Yeah," Midoriya murmured.

"What a coincidence. We are, too," Tsu noted.

Ayami nodded. "I have a feeling this might have something to do with the teaming up of our agencies... about the matter," she mused, but it didn't seem like anyone heard her. "Why else would we all be going at the same time, and at a different place...?"

They left campus making small talk, but Ayami remained mostly silent, as if lost in thought. They met up with two in-costume local Pros while on their way to the train station, who waved them over. "Oh, are you going to the station? If you want, we can accompany you."

"Oh, if that's all right with you!" Ochaco replied graciously, bowing.

"Thank you!" Midoriya added.

"There's a lot of heroes," Kirishima murmured as he scanned his card.

Midoriya stopped them as they stepped through. "Huh? We're all going the same way? Kirishima, aren't you in Kansai...?"

"Well, we're meeting in a place that's different from usual," the faux redhead explained.

"So are we," Ayami added immediately after. "I really think our agencies must be discussing something important about working together. With all the talk of yakuza groups..."

"But why would we be called in like this? It's just a coincidence... right?" Midoriya doubted, though the slight raise in pitch of the end of his statement made it seem more like a question.

Her classmates nodded as they boarded the train, taking seats beside one another as they sped away. Once they stopped, they all got off and began walking the same way, too. Neither of the three 'groups' of interns took different turns than the others, either.

When Ayami noticed all three members of the Big Three- one from each of their Work Study groups- outside the building she was told to report to, she knew her hypothesis had been right. "Believe me now, Midoriya?"

Hadou grinned and waved her three girls over, and Mirio did the same to Midoriya. Tamaki only nervously looked at Kirishima before looking away.

They walked through the doors, coming into a lobby full of different Pros. Ayami was in awe as she looked around. There's Ms. Ryuukyuu! Fat Gum... Gran Torino... Bubble Girl from the Nighteye Agency... even Mr. Aizawa is here! Not to mention the dozens of local Pros! I'm almost a little nervous...

It seemed even the Big Three weren't expecting such a large group of heroes all in one place. As Midoriya began mumbling to himself, naming all the different heroes he spotted, Tsu looked up. "Mr. Aizawa, why are you here?"

"I was called out suddenly," he replied while turning around, facing the students. Even slouching, he still was taller than his homeroom students- even Ayami and Kirishima, who were tied for the tallest of the ones there! "I also heard roughly what's going on."
