A/N: Class 1-A is picking their event for the festival while the work study kids try to catch up on what they missed. But after that... Ayami gets to see someone she's been dying to meet again!

After dinner, Ayami was whisked away to do more make-up work with the other Work Study students. They were almost caught up, but still needed to do a few more sessions to play catch-up to be at the same level as their peers. It was getting to the point that they were all so tired of the extra work that they all wanted to get it over with, but none of them could focus for multiple extra lessons on end.

She groaned as Asclepius finally stopped droning on about numbers and she scribbled down the last answer on the paper.. "I'm tapping out for a few so I don't fry my brain before working on our next assignment," she told the others, walking toward the balcony of their study room group before stepping outside.

Ayami lightly shut the glass sliding door behind her, enjoying the cool evening breeze. It was the first time in probably a day or two where she was finally able to relax, even as the worries about her upcoming tests probed the back of her mind.

That peace was shattered when she began to hear voices from below her. "Now that... have quieted down, I have... thoughts about our list. It's obvious... caused some strain... other students... would make sense to choose... might raise their spirits... make it up to them."

Iida? Ayami peered over the railing, not seeing anyone on the lower floors' balconies. Wait, maybe someone left the windows open in the common room. I think Iida's talking about the festival event... wait, are they choosing something without us!?

"I don't disagree." It was Momo who replied. "We're... be heroes... should be aware... trouble we've caused for others..."

Ayami scoffed as she summoned Hecate, fine-tuning her hearing until she could get a clear listen-in on the conversation. (May as well have something to tell the others still studying about how the rest of our class narrowed down the list without us, she reasoned.)

From there, she heard Iida mention Lunch Rush's cooking, so food-related ideas were out. The petting zoo was also taken off for being too much work, even for them. She narrowly heard Kyouka mention something about her idea for a skit being best, while Mina restated hers for a dance party.

Surprisingly, it was Todoroki's voice that voice support for that, considering his own idea of a soba stand was a simple, mild one. "Dancing... that's a good idea..." He was silent for a moment, though she could just about make out the sounds of digital keyboard keys being pressed- he's typing something on his phone? "Hang on a second; there's something I've seen before... I don't know what it's called exactly, but it looks like everyone really enjoys it." Ayami assumed he pulled up a video or something as loud music reminiscent of the flashing lights and wild crowds of a dance club began blasting from the common room. "There, something like this."

The rest of the class seemed to share Ayami's surprise at his stepping in for the idea, a few even voicing this, though he only seemed to shrug and mumble something about stress relief and the remedial course giving him ideas.

Now would be a good time for Brizo's mind-reading, though considering I can't see anyone in the common room from this angle, I have my doubts about how well it would work. Guess we'll have to probe him about whatever went down under Gang Orca's nasty-drill-sergeant lesson and what he got out of it...

The idea was a good one, though. Mina already had the dancing part down, and she had even managed to teach Aoyama a few moves. There was also going to be music, to which everyone went quiet as they most likely turned to look at Kyouka.
