Bella walked out of the room, deciding to confront Claude, but her legs immediately gave out when she remembered how he rejected her so.
"You're nothing but a pawn to me"
                              Liar, Bella thought.
Bella wasn't an idiot; she never was.
Yet hearing Claude's words that pierced through her wounded heart, broke her to the point that she couldn't help but break down when she's finally away from the vicinity where her friends were staying.
She didn't need them to know.
Bella's golden eyes miserably gazed at the cerulean sky.
She had always love the color blue.
A clear color that brightens her day no matter how depressing it could get as she's locked up in the Alpheus' mansion.
She does talk with Jenette, she loves the young girl as if it's her real sister, yet she couldn't let herself closer to a person who strikes fear within her friends.
The albino walked through the fields of grass, reminiscing the moments she spent with Claude; and speaking of the emperor.
There he was, looking as magnificent on any other day.
                              She smiled bitterly.
Her glittering orbs reflected her need, the need to be held close by the one she loves.
"Your Majesty." She greeted at Claude, who leered down at her from his height.
A crimson knight standing beside the emperor, fidgeted at the atmosphere; it was dense, suffocating and-
He glanced at the charming maiden.
                              Heartbreaking.
Strands of gold were pushed back, when his Majesty raked his hair through his fingers.
                              He sighed.
                              "Felix, leave us"
The said man nodded, slightly hesitant. Walking off to a place where he could I finally breath.
"Didn't I tell you to leave today." Claude spatted out, his words a venom for Bella.
                              "I didn't feel like leaving."
"Are you disobeying me?" Glowing eyes glared at the crown of white tresses; Bella's heart sunk.
Am I really nothing to him?
"Am I really nothing to you?" Croaking out, her voice gave out that she was on the verge of crying again.
She hated herself right now, is she only capable of crying? Only capable of being vulnerable as she's torn into pieces and fed to a rabid pack of wolves?
                              No.
She's Maybelle Ange Alpheus, renowned daughter of the House of Alpheus, and she isn't willing to cry right before the man who easily broke her heart with harsh words.
Lifting her head to face Claude, her fierce clear orbs passionately gaze at her favorite pair of ocean eyes.
Claude was quiet, unable to answer her unexpected question; even more so when the young female is gazing at him with eyes of affection.
"Leave" he uttered out, ordering the young female who is staring at him with such intensity; that his will is quickly fading into thin air.
Bella didn't know what gotten into her, but she did it.
                              She slapped Claude.
The sound echoed like a scream.
A mark was left on Claude's cheek.
