Rain is falling, down to the ground
Thunders rolling, like music to my ears
I'm here wondering when the light will shine
Sitting, sulking, thinking of what to write

No need for rhymes when I ain't that good
Words swimming, every corner of my mind
Yet mouth is zipped and lips are sealed
When will I be enough?

Cause my feelings stays inside
Fluttering, in my stomach, like butterflies
Every letter beats with my heart
Like blood travelling through my veins

I ain't got the quality to be a star,
Never really wanted to be one
Just let me write my fears
Let me sing my sorrow

And if you ain't falling for me
Then leave with my story
Embedded into your heart and mind
And remember how I cried for my story to be told
