CAYDEN POV

I feel a whole lot better after opening up to Carter. Though the nightmares paid me a visit, I could sleep even after it. He would often call me and ask if I was okay or whether I was feeling better. Something is seriously different in this man. He was not the same man I met before a few months. And...the kiss we shared. Don't ask me.  We still haven't talked about it.

I felt the other side of my bed dip but I ignored it. I mean, dreaming of Kitkat is more important. But a hand touched my stomach. That set me off. I screamed as loud as I can without opening my eyes. I didn't even see who the culprit was but I heard other voices scream along with me. And we kept screaming until a someone slapped me on my face.   Ouchie.

I opened my eyes to meet the two culprits sitting on my either side and the familiar sounds of laughter.

''You can't slap your teacher!!'' I pouted.

''But you're our friend. And you scared us. A teacher should not scream like that.!!''  Iron man frowned. I rolled my eyes and sat up to pull my hair up in a ponytail.

''If you guys have finished howling, you can get out. I need to change.'' I scowled at them. 'Them' meant the devils of the Williams family. Still laughing hard, Ben slapped Carter's shoulder and he in return punched Bryan' arm.

''I - loved...it.'' Bryan tried to speak in between his laughter while Carter nodded.

''Well, at least it's better than to dream of Harry Potter and scream Avada kedavra in the middle of the night.'' I grinned.

''Hey!! I never did that!'' Carter whined. Great, He's a big baby now.

I kicked them out and put on a t-shirt and a shorts. Tying my hair into a messy bun, I skipped out like a little girl. They around the table, chatting and drinking something in glasses.

I frowned at them with my hands on my hip while the kids giggled. ''Is that my cocktail you're having?''.  The silence was the answer, I guess,

''Sergeants, Any news about the troop?'' I slumped into the nearest chair.

''No Captain, but uncle Bryan is spying on us.'' Princess accused.

''He's a nasty spy. We should arrest him someday.'' I winked at them.

''So, Cayden, Are you having plans today?'' I met his eyes.

''Nope. And about that, You guys free today?'' They shook their head.

''Didn't you ask your friends?''

''Seems like they are busy too'' I shrugged.

''How about I call the girls here?'' Carter suggested. I almost fell of the chair.

''What? No! I'd rather stay here all alone.''

''Too late, sweetheart!!'' A voice sang behind me. I groaned while the others burst out laughing.

I mouthed a quick F*** you to the three boys and allowed Ariana to pull me upstairs.

********************************************

I sat in the middle of the room.

Doing what?

Watching Ariana and Casey bicker on..... what dress I should be wearing.

''You know what, ladies? I'm wearing what I choose.'' They turned towards me, a little slowly, giving the effect of punishing parents.

''You know what, Cayden? Take your ass to the bathroom and wear this. Now!'' Casey barked and she threw a dress at my face. Oof.  Bad mood.
