"Hey, where are you going?" Kendall asks from the hallway, I pause brushing my hair to glance at her.
"I'm gonna meet up with Luca's sister,"
She enters my room, "oh? Rachel?"
"Yeah, do you know her?"
"Well not really, a friend of mine do–you look...flowery." her face scrunches as she tries to find a word to sum my outfit up, I chuckle a bit before moving away from the mirror and to her."It's perfect for a day at the beach," she follows me as I walk past her and to my shelf,
"You're going to the beach?"
"Well, no. Actually, I don't know where we're going," After Luca gave me his sister's number, I texted her and we arranged to meet a week after, this week, at her place but she never said where we would be going. So I chose the one cloth that never goes wrong, my sunflower gown with black flats."You don't know where you're going?"
"No. But that's okay, really."We walk out of my room and head downstairs where Raman and Mara are playing rock, paper, scissors over the last piece of pizza from last night's dinner.
"Hey, Ravi can you come to judge this match for us?" Raman asks when he sees me and I see Mara frown at him. Since the incident, I have successfully avoided any conversation with the girl, even when she's right in front of me. But Raman also goes all the way to make us talk to each other, like this.
"Sorry Raman, I've got to head out now," I say with a sad smile and he turns to look at me well,
"Where are you going?"
"To the beach?" I say, scratching my head a little, he frowns
"That sounded more like a question than an answer,"
"That's because she doesn't know where she's going," Kendall explains from behind me,
"I'm going with Luca's sister–"
"Luca The Boyfriend?" Raman interrupts with a smile but I frown, Mara told Raman and Simmi about Luca the night of the incident and Raman's been teasing me about it since. Not that he's judging but somehow it's funny to him, I withhold my thoughts on the matter because I don't know what exactly Mara told them about us.
"Yes, Luca the boyfriend, now if you would be so kind, I've got a beach to go to,"
They fake salute(except Mara) and I turn around and leave. I'm vaguely aware of a large green ball near the trash can outside.
For the first time, I'm really worried about what Rachel has planned for today.

Luca's house is huge, but I don't get to see it because Rachel is waiting for me outside the gate, yes, there's a gate. It's very rare to find houses with gates on this side. Her hair's exactly like it was the other day, and she still looks strikingly like Jennifer Anniston.
"Hey, you!" She shouts even though I'm standing right in front of her,
"Hi! How are you?"
In reply, her smile widens and she walks towards the white Camry in front,
"Come on Ravi, we're gonna have a great day today!"Somehow, even though she sounds like she can fly to heaven right now, as I enter the car I seriously doubt that.

"I love your outfit, where'd you get it?" She asks, glancing at me for a second,"Oh, Etsy. Thanks, your's too," I say, glancing at her own black romper, we've been driving for only 5 minutes but I already feel anxious,
"So...uh, where exactly are we going?" I ask a moment later,
