Chapter 18

"Good morning mamas. Breakfast is ready." Tony says.

I open my eyes and smile at him. He leans down to kiss me before I stretch and get out of bed. We go downstairs and I see smoothie bowls set out on the table.

"Bubba, this looks so good." I say kissing his cheek.

"It is good, I already tried some." He says smiling.

"Of course you did." I say with a laugh.

We go sit down and eat the smoothie bowls while talking about what we're going to do today. We finished our food and I go clean up the dishes before going upstairs to get ready.

I take a quick shower before getting out and putting my hair in a ponytail. I put on a pastel yellow crop top and a pair of black shorts with it. I go find a pair of black sneakers before grabbing my phone and going downstairs. Tony comes downstairs in a black shirt as well as his red shorts (😑😂) and some black sneakers.

"Ready to go on the hike at Diamond Head?" He asks.

"Yep." I say.

He smiles and grabs my hand before we go outside and see a car out there.

"Did you order an Uber?" I ask.

"No, but I did order a rental car. They dropped it off before you woke up." He says.

"Okay." I say.

We get into the car and he drives to where we are going to start the hike.

Once we make it there, Tony puts a backpack on and we start the hike.

"Bubba, how long is this hike?" I ask.

"Um, it said it was 1.6 miles round trip. When we make it to the summit, then we'll take a break, but if we need one before that we'll take one." He says.

"Okay. You wanna go to Kaimana Beach after this?" I ask as we continue to walk.

"Um, yeah. As long as I'm not too tired." He says with a laugh.

He grabs my hand we continue to walk up all the stairs.

"Jeez, there's so many damn stairs." Tony says with a sigh making me laugh.

"You didn't know this coming into it?" I ask.

"No I did, I just didn't actually think it'd be this many." He says.

We make it to the summit after a while, and find a bench to sit on.

"Holy fuck, that was tiring." He says while leaning his head back.

"It was, but you're just a wuss." I say.

"That was mean." He says pouting.

"Aww bubba, I know it was mean." I say smiling before kissing his cheek.

"Wow..." He says with a small smile on his face, "So, do you still love me even if I'm a wuss?"

"Of course bubba." I say.

His smile grows before he turns to kiss me. He leans his head back after that again.

"Oh my god. It's Tony Lopez and Haiden Johnson!" Some girl says running up to us.

Tony lifts his head and smiles at the girl.

"It's actually Haiden Lopez now." He says.

Her eyes widen at what he had just said and she looks at me. I nod my head and she squeals before jumping up and down.

"When did you guys get married?" She asks.

"Um, we got married yesterday." I say.

"That's so cool. Anyways, can I get a picture?" She asks.

"Yeah." We say before standing up.

We take the picture with her and she thanks us.

"Of course..." Tony says trailing off.

"Oh, my name's Dani." She says.

"That's such a cool name." I say.

"Thanks." She says.

"Dani!" Someone yells.

She turns and sees the person who called her before turning back to us.

"That's my mom. I gotta go." She says.

"It was nice meeting you Dani." We say.

She smiles before running over to her mom. We sit down for a little bit longer before Tony speaks up.

"Ready to continue on the hike mamas?" Tony asks.

"Yep. Let's go bubba." I say before standing up.

He stands up after me and grabs the backpack before holding my hand. We continue on with the hike before making it back down where the car was.

"Ready for the beach?" He asks.

"Yes." I say with a smile.

We get into the car and he drives over to Kaimana Beach. We make it there after a short drive and get out of the car. We find a place to change into our swimsuits going into the water. I swim over to Tony and wrap my arms around his neck while my legs wrap around his waist. His hands go to my back as he continues to walk around in the water.

"I say tomorrow, we should try surfing." I say.

"Sounds like fun." He says smiling at me before kissing my cheek.

We stay in the water for a while before getting out and drying off. We go to change back into our clothes before getting in the car.

We make it back to the bnb and go inside. I go up to the bedroom and put on a pastel pink oversized shirt as well a pair of white shorts.

I go downstairs and see Tony sitting on the couch while watching TV. He looks up at me and smiles. He opens his arms to me and I go over to him. He pulls me onto his lap and wraps his arms around me tightly.

"You look cute mamas." He says before kissing my cheek.

"Thanks bubba." I say.

"What about me?" He asks.

"You're wearing the same thing. And you're still sweaty." I say.

He shrugs his shoulders before kissing me.

"I love you mamas." He says.

"I love you too bubba." I say.
