Chapter 42

"You wanna watch a movie Laela?" I see once we sit down in our seats.

"Yeah! Can we watch Brave?" She asks.

"Of course princess." I say.

I put on the movie and she puts earbuds in. I put mine in as well and watch the movie.

-in California-

"Mama, where's daddy at?" Laela asks while looking around.

I look around as well and suddenly I see someone running towards us. I let go of my bag just as Tony wraps his arms around me.

"You act like you haven't seen me in months bubba." I say with a laugh.

He laughs as well and before he kissed me.

"Where are the boys at?" I ask.

"They're with Ondre." He says.

I nod my head and kiss his cheek. He lets go of me and goes over to Laela. He picks her up and tosses her in the air making her laugh. He catches her and she cuddles up to him.

"I missed you daddy." Laela says quietly.

"I missed you too princess." Tony mumbles.

"Can we go home now?" She asks.

"Yeah." Tony says.

I grab Laela and I's bags before we head out to the car. Tony sets Laela down before putting the bags in the back of the car. I sit up front and put my seat belt on before Tony does the same. I look in the mirror and see Laela is buckled up and half asleep. Tony starts the car and then grabs my hand. He brings my hand up to my lips and kisses it before looking over at me briefly.

We make it home and I carry Laela inside while Tony has the bags. I take Laela upstairs and then go into our room and flop onto the bed. I take my hair out of the bun and then turn on the TV.

I hear the bedroom door open and see Tony standing there. He smiles at me softly, before laying next to me and cuddling up to me. I run my fingers through his hair.

He looks up at me and I kiss his forehead. He smiles and kisses me.

"When are the boys gonna be here?" I ask.

"In half an hour." He says quietly.

"Okay." I say.

"How was your trip?" He asks.

"It was nice. We're planning on doing that more often." I say.

"Sounds like fun." He says, kissing my jaw softly.

He trails kisses down my neck, leaving a few hickeys here and there. He looks up at me and brings his hand to my face. He rubs his thumb over my cheek, making me smile. He brings himself to be hovering over me before he connects our lips. My fingers continue to run through his hair. He pulls away and looks me in my eyes.

"I love you so much and even though it was like three days, I missed being able to hold you and kiss you." He says.

"Me too bubba. I love you too." I say.

I hear someone yell downstairs, making Tony and I both stand up. We go downstairs and see Ondreaz and the boys.

"Mama!" Luka exclaims before running up to me.

"Hi Luka." I say while giving him a hug.

"I missed you." He says.

"I missed you too Luka." I say.

I let him go and he goes into the playroom while I grab Easton from Ondreaz.

"Mama." Easton says with a smile on his face.

"Hi baby." I say before kissing his cheek.

He giggles before resting his head on my shoulder.

"Thanks for watching the boys for a little." Tony says.

"No problem. I gotta go now, see you guys soon." Ondreaz says before leaving our house.

I put Easton in his walker and he moves around while Tony and I sit on the couch together. Tony lays down and curls up in a ball before laying his head on my lap. I rest my hand on his face and feel it slightly warm.

"You feeling okay bubba?" I ask.

"Kinda. Right before Ondre came over with the boys, I started to feel weird,  but I thought nothing of it." He says and looks up at me with tired eyes.

"Oh, I'm sorry bubba." I say.

I lean down to kiss his cheek. He starts to move around and has an uncomfortable look on his face.

"Bubba, what's wrong?" I ask.

"My stomach hurts really bad." He says while looking up at me.

I just now realize that he looks paler than normal. He gets up and goes upstairs. I decide to follow him and see him go into our bathroom. Next thing I know, he's bent over the toilet and is getting sick. I rub his back before he sits up right. I flush the toilet and then sit down on the floor. He crawls between my legs and leans his head back onto my chest.

"Do you wanna brush your teeth baby?" I ask him.

He nods his head and stands up slowly. I stand up as well as he walks over to the sink. He brushes his teeth as he leans against me slightly. Once he's done, we go into the bedroom and he lays down.

"Come here mamas. I want cuddles." He says quietly with his arms reaching out towards me.

I smile softly and go lay down next to him. He wraps his arms around me and pulls me close to him. I kiss his forehead before running my fingers through his hair.

"I love you bubba." I say.

"I love you too mamas." He says quietly.
