2 tbsp cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp ginger, crushed
1small onion, diced
100gpork belly
2 tbsp bagoong alamang
¼ kg siling panigang, halved, seeded and sliced, or to taste
1 pack All Purpose Cream 250mlProcedure:
Heat oil, sauté garlic, ginger and onions until limp. Stir in pork and cook until it changes in color.Add bagoong alamang. Cook for another minute.
Add siling panigang and cook for about 5 minutes. Seasoned.
Pour in All Purpose Cream. Remove from heat.
