♚♢ Mr. Chopsticks [Requiem!Wu Chang + reader]

It wasn't that long ago that you arrived in the manor. In fact, right when you arrived, you were already assigned to join the evening match along with Emily, Murro, and Tracy. Despite wanting to rest from the long travel from your home to the manor, you agreed, thinking that it wouldn't hurt to join one match.

Before the match, you conversed with the three survivors, and you introduced yourself as (y/n) (l/n), the Tourist. You came to the manor searching for more money to continue traveling to other places after your house, along with all the money you had, burned down for reasons unknown.

What was your skill you may ask?

It wasn't exactly a skill, but apparently whenever you're in a match, items that you could give to your teammates would spawn around the map. These items would then give them boosts, an example being how sand in a bottle would significantly increase one's movement speed.

"Woah! You're like Victor except you have to go to us to give us the buffs!" Tracy said then explained that Victor was the Postman, another survivor you have yet to meet after the match.

The sound of glass shattering was heard, and the match had begun.

You found yourself in a Factory and ran towards the nearest cipher machine accompanied by the Doctor, or Emily, who would be guiding you for the first few minutes of your first match.

After explaining the basics of the game, Emily was about to leave to find another machine to decode.

"Wait! Take this, it apparently helps you decode faster."" You said and ran up to her with an Education that you found near the Cipher machine you were decoding.

"Thanks!" Emily smiled and made her way to another Cipher.

After you finished up the machine you were working on, you found and carried around a charm that warded away the evil. This memento allows whoever carries it to see the hunter's outline through walls, but only if they were at a certain distance.

So far, Murro was at half health but was being healed by Tracy and her doll, while Emily was decoding. This made you wonder where the hunter was since none of them were being chased. You also wondered who the hunter was since you didn't know any of them and this hunter would be your first hunter.

Your questions were answered when you saw an outline behind the wall that you were facing. The hunter was near you. The hunter was tall. The hunter was...

You didn't know how to describe the moving figure, but what you came to your head was a stick holding an umbrella. You decided to continue staying behind walls when you suddenly thought, 'Chopsticks'.

You finally saw the hunter instead of his outline. The hunter was a very tall and slender man with red eyes, streaks of red in his hair, and a monocle. He wore a white suit accompanied by a red necktie, which you thought was pretty neat.

"Aha! So you're Mr. Chopsticks!" You said and pointed at the man, who just gave you a confused look.

"Mr.... Chopsticks...?" He questioned, but quickly understood why you gave him that name. He was wearing his requiem outfit. No wonder you called him chopsticks.

"Well, I'm kind of new here so......." You said, fidgeting with your fingers, "is there anything else you prefer to be called?"

"Wu Chang, but you can call me Xie Bi'an," he said, and threw his umbrella beside you. Another figure who looked like him but with a darker colour scheme appeared underneath the umbrella.

"...and I am Fan Wujiu," the other man said.

Surprised that there were two of them, you said "Woah! Chopstick twins!" With your eyes sparkling in amazement.

Xie let out a laugh and gave Fan context behind the name you gave them. Fan just rolled his eyes and gave a playful smirk.

"How about you, Mr./Ms. Lucky Charms, what's your name?" Fan asked, now crossing his arms.

"I'm (y/n) (l/n), the Tourist!" you replied with the same enthusiasm from a while ago.

It was then you realized that something was off. The hunter wasn't exactly hunting you down and incapacitating you like Emily said. You were just having a casual conversation with them.

"Hey wait, aren't you supposed to be... I don't know, hitting me and placing me in a chair..?" You asked, wondering why they weren't how Emily described.

"Oh! We decided to be friendly this match," Xie answered.

You raised your brows and asked about Murro being at half health. To which they explained that Tracy asked them to hit Murro once (with Murro's permission of course) so she could finish one of her tasks involving her doll.

"Ohh I see."

For the rest of the match, you, Fan, and Xie just walked around the map talking about yourselves and the other people in the manor that you have yet to meet. You were even invited to the Hunters' manor to join them for a cup of tea, which you obviously agreed with. You were interested in meeting both the survivors and the hunters. Why wouldn't you agree?

Eventually, all ciphers were finished and both exit gates were opened, so they brought you to the gate where they bid you and your teammates goodbye.

"Bye Chopstick boys!" you made sure to say before leaving

Xie and Fan just gave a little smile. Amused since you still called them chopsticks, they said "Goodbye to you too, Lucky Charms!"

[On Wu Chang's Character day]

Today Xie and Fan's special day, or their character day. They were given many gifts, but none as big as a box that you brought to them. It was almost the size of Murro's boar, so they wondered what was inside.

They opened the box to find...

Another box, but smaller.

Inside the box, was another box which had another box which had another box, until they were left with two boxes of the same size.

That's right. You wasted their time by placing a small gift inside of boxes that were inside of boxes.

They opened the boxes, and rolled their eyes. Nevertheless, they found the gift cute since it reminded them of their first meeting with you.

You had given them two pairs of black and white chopsticks.
