FIFTEEN

10:30 A.M

"Excuse me," I felt someone tapping me. "Can you please wake up?" I open my eyes and see one of the twins next to my bed. "Hey, wassup?" I ask her while yawning. "Nothing. I just wanted to hang out today. Is that okay?" She's so adorable, how could I say no? 

"That's fine, let me just brush my teeth and stuff. Did you brush yours and wash your face?" I ask while heading to my bathroom I shared with Heather. "No, I need help." I slightly smiling while shaking my head.

Normally I hate being woken up out of my sleep but they don't know that yet. Plus my door would normally be locked but it must've slipped my mind. Yesterday our mom had us doing a lot of things we liked and we got to enjoy our birthday with her having fun. A lot of fun that by the time we got home, we were tired out. She left Jojo in charge so the twins could get to know their big brother.

After we were done with our morning routines we headed back to my room. I checked the time realizing it was 10:45 in the morning. Once I'm up, I can't fall back asleep so I just grabbed my phone and headed downstairs with one of the twins following me.

"Oh yay you're up." I hear little footsteps head towards the kitchen. "Yeah this one woke me up. Did you brush your teeth and stuff?" She shakes her head and I lead her into the bathroom to get her ready. Her sister is still with me just watching all of this take place. 

"Which sister are you?" One of them asks. "I'm Heaven, who is who?" I noticed differences but I don't know which is which. "I'm Ava," the one with two ponytails says. "I'm Alexis," the one with one ponytails says. "Okay cool, now I should be able to identify you two."

Once we were finished we went into the living room and I put on a show that they would like. "If both of our hair was down, could you still tell us apart?" Alexis asks while turning her head to the side. "Yeah, identical twins have some differences between them. Even if it's a slight difference." I explain. "So what is ours?" Ava asks while looking at Alexis, causing Alexis to look back at her.

"Well I know mom put your hairstyles differently to go to bed and yours was in two ponytails. I know when I pay close attention that Alexis eyebrows have more of an arch, your face is like mine more rounder, and when you both smile I can definitely see the difference." I mentioned the last part while tickling them causing them to bust out laughing.

I then heard another ding come from my phone. "Who's that?" Ava asked as she look in the direction of my phone. "I'm not sure." I grab my phone to see who texted me.

lexi woke me up and now i'm talking to the both of them

"Who was it?" Ava questions. "My best friend Myles. You haven't met him yet." I explained. "What did he want?" Alexis looks in my phone. Dang nosey lol.

"He wants to come over but I was going to tell him no because I want you guys to be comfortable with the family first." They nod their heads.

"Wanna go out later?" I feel like going out to Sky Zone or something and this would be a bonding moment. One of them says yes while the other says no. "How come you don't want to?" I ask Ava while lexi agrees causing me to laugh. "Because I want to be here." She pouts. "Okay well then Alexis and I will just go have fun together." I shrug, I'm trying to change her mind. "Wait I want to have fun too!" I knew it would work.

"So then you want to go out with us?" She quickly nods her head and I tell her that she can come. She smiles and then I turn on a show for them to watch. "You girls want cereal?" I ask them and they both shake their heads yes.

I get up and start to make my way to the kitchen grabbing three bowls. I poured us all Fruity Pebbles, best cereal ever, argue with ya folks. Then grabbed the milk and poured them some cereal.

After everything was done we ate and made our way to their room to get dressed. I got them dressed into these matching outfits placing their hair into buns. I let them play in the meantime while I got ready.

I went into my room and started getting dressed. I wanted to dress similar to them so I just went with a chill matching set and called it day. I fixed my hair and called the girls to head downstairs.  I called an Uber and we all waited in the living room. They had my phone and were just watching something until the ride came. 

When they arrived we all went outside and got in the car heading to the trampoline park. They still had my phone so I just watched the scenery until we pulled up. I might buy them a little surprise gift because I want them to feel very at home and welcome.
