29. Shining. (Namjin)

PT. 2 of Boys Will Be Bugs hehe

Seokjin's POV

Soft tones collide in the sea of black, almost invisible if not sought out for. Dark dark purples and blues with trillions on trillions of stars. The clearest night with the brightest moon, zero cloud in sight. Namjoon held me close as he ran his hands through his hair. Our black cat friend laying on the other side of Namjoon's body.

"I'm happy you didn't scare me off all those years ago.. I never thought I would've made it this far. Thank you.." Namjoon whispered, no one around for miles and he still only wanted me to hear. I smiled closing my eyes. Without him I never would have stepped out of my comfort zone, we helped each other reach our potential. We went from complete nobodies to finding an amazing friend group. Both human and animal. Namjoon had officially taken in Yoongi, Kookie and Jimin because his mother found them one very cold and snowy day, poor Joonie had just wanted his friends to be alright. I found out the next morning when Yoongi walked outside with Namjoon before we walked to school.

"I'm glad we found each other, thank you for helping me be happy and know I'm worth it." I replied to him, slowly moving my head to look up at him. Everything was beautiful, us under the star light, Hoseok soft snoring by the lake where Jimin was swimming away with his much bigger brothers and sisters. Yoongi purred snuggled up to a now big rabbit Jungkook who was just a bit bigger than the miniature cat.

I looked over at the long abandoned Bluebird's nest Taehyung had once slept in. The year we lost him was rough, Namjoon cried for months on months after we saw the horrific scene of coyotes eating him. We assumed the abnormally friendly Bluebird had wanted new friends. He was such a beautiful bird and didn't deserve his death so early.

Hoseok was very shy at first and easily startled but he's now such a gorgeous buck, his antlers being huge but always decorated because of me. He only let me that close to him which had made Joon a bit upset for awhile but he now finds it adorable how protective the huge deer was over me.

I'm greatful for the days we've shared that will sadly have to end soon. My mother was kicking me out and sending me off to live with my Aunt in France and I wasn't able to fight it. My mother had came in my room when Namjoon and I had first kissed. She was more than pissed at me, her disappointment completely visible in her eyes once she looks at me.

"You leave tomorrow.. I'm gonna miss you so fucking much.." His soft voice whispered as tears formed in his eyes. I frowned a feeling of dread and sadness overcoming my body.

"I want to stay but I can't.. I can't believe that I have to leave you.." I spoke as tears fell down his face.

"One day, we'll meet again and I swear on that."

15 Years Later in France

After a couple of years of talking Namjoon and I slowly fell out of touch, I was heartbroken for awhile but soon got distracted by studies. I became a well known model in France, modeling almost anything people wanted me for. I still check up on Joon, his photography blew up of him and Yoongi who was pushing 18 years of age. Well over the time I thought he had but he was a fighter. Namjoon had a very big amount of supporters, his photos is what made him sprout but his nice personality and gentleness is what made him blossom. I'm unbelievably happy for him.

Today marks 15 years of me being in France and my Aunt wanted to celebrate. I could have moved but I had no one to go to, my mother never talked to me again after she dropped me off at the airport and I'm happy for it. I never needed her negativity.

"I know you don't want something big so, we're just gonna spend the day together. Go to our favorite café, go to the shops, anything you're up for." My aunt's excited voice cut off my thoughts and made me smile.
