Ugh, I really didn't feel like writing this but Jeannie was being a naggy sister...so here's the chappy! (You can thank her if u want, but I wouldn't if I were u...)

"Rachel!"

Rachel's eyes snapped open, scanning the ship. "Ugh." She rubbed the sleep from her eyes.

She was supposed to help Cress and Hazel with the controls but had taken a break...

And fallen asleep it seemed.

Rachel raked her fingers though her unruly mass of red curls and looked around for the source of the noise.

"Rachel! Urk. Why can't she see my awesomeness." The voice, earlier faint, was clearer now.

"Because brother, as I have explained over and over again, you are not awesome." The second voice was definitely female

"At all?"

"Nada."

"Humph. You're just jealous that you aren't as awesome."

"Excuse me? Wait till I-" (No prizes for guessing who's arguing :D)

"Apollo?" Rachel sat up groggily.

"See! She knows it's me by sensing my awesomeness."

"Sensing your-" If Rachel had been fully awake, she probably wouldn't have said that, but she was saved by the other voice.

"That's because your idiocy seeps over everything."

"Excuse me? I'm not an idiocy. That's you!" Apollo arguing...so the other voice must be...

"You even used it wrong! See you are an idiot."

"Artemis?!" Rachel (now fully awake) shot to her feet.

"Don't sound so incredulous. I would not leave my brother alone with anyone. No one deserves a torture like I had while we were in Leto's womb."

"It was a blessing!"

"Ummmm." Rachel felt slightly embarrassed. "Why are you both here? Oh, no offence or anything."

"None taken." Apollo appeared, a shimmering ghostly form. "So my dear oracle, you are needed back at home, new Yankees."

"It's New York, brother." Artemis appeared too, looking worried.

"I mean in that time line. To do something wonderful."

"Oh?" She felt sick. "What is it?"

"Oh, kill the python." Apollo beamed at her like it was as simple as that.

"What?" Rachel felt dizzy so she sat down (again).

"Kill the blasted thing so you can see the future again." Apollo patted her shoulder (or attempted to, through the ghostly mist thingie).

"I can't do that! I don't have any talents or powers and I can't fight or-" Rachel pulled at her hair.

"Told you she'd freak, pay up." Artemis held out her hand expectantly.

Apollo grumbled then placed a ten-dollar bill into her hand. "I don't like it when your right."

"What, always?"

"No-"

"Why won't you do it?" Rachel asked. Why couldn't Apollo just snap his fingers and finish the job? She thought to herself.

"Because I'm grounded." Apollo complained. "I can't go anywhere."

"Artemis!" Rachel looked at the goddess desperately.

"I have to take care of my hunt." Artemis replied, sadly. "Sorry."

"No powers." Apollo mused. "Let's pretend for a moment that I'm your father."

"That's worse." Artemis sighed.

"Well, I'll give you a sword!" Apollo beamed.

"Wait, if you're not allowed to go anywhere, how are you here?" Rachel asked.

"It was Iris! Who I've decided is totally awesome and flirt-worthy." Apollo gushed (like a girl but don't tell him that).

"Translation: Iris helped Apollo contact you. I swung along for the ride." Artemis rolled her eyes

"So will you do it?" Apollo begged. "I'll give you title of Honoree (misspelt?) Daughter of Mine."

"That's going to make her want to less." Artemis commented.

"I'll do it." Rachel said, slowly. I'm not going to be much help here, am I?"

It wasn't even a question. "Where's the portal?" She asked.

"First things first-write a not to your friends and tell them where you went." Apollo instructed.

"Ok." Rachel stood. "Ok. On it..."

"Rachel." She turned and saw Apollo looking at her seriously. "Kai will be with Cinder and Iko."

She exhaled, feeling the guilt lift from her chest.
