Of course my best friends knew, I didn't hate it or love it. Kev was going to make a big deal out of it but atleast whenever he did I'd laugh a few genuine laugh. Archie was probably going to be his dumb, yet supportive self. He was there for me after my attempted suicide and the death of Jason. He became like a brother to me, and Ronnie was also pretty close since she was his girlfriend. Veronica didn't mind us being friends at all, because I haven't felt anything towards Archie since I forced us to kiss because we both had red hair as an act of popularity. Even then I didn't care, I think that's when I found out I was lesbian because I ran to the bathroom straight after and vomited. Archie was too dumb and confused to think anything of it.

10 minutes before the first class of the day

"Cher! There you are!" Archie yelled with excitement in his voice
"Hey Arch, what's up?" I asked
"What's up is Miss Topaz is definitely what I had in mind to be your type!" Kevin said
"I. Don't. Like. Her. The only person I've ever felt slight feelings for a relationship with is Heather. But she was abusive and I'm glad she's gone." I replied
"Same! I tried to many times to help you out of that and I'm so glad we're free now."
"I know you did Arch, also I've moved past it. JJ's death clouded any thoughts I could have around that time anyways. Huge thanks to both of you for helping me through it" I said, looking at Kevin and Archie
"Of course! You guys have know me before like.. I was out of the closet!" Kevin laughed, we all laughed back.
"It's been.. what. Four years now?" I said with a bit of a confused tone
"Four years of freedom!" Archie called out, he really was just Jason in a different body.
"Yeah, yeah. Blossom doesn't need to be reminded 24/7 Archie, can we go back to talking about Miss Topaz?" Kevin replied
"What about you and emo vampire nickname?" I joked, trying to distract him from the topic of me and Toni.
"Ooh yes! Tell us Kev" Archie whispered, considering the serpents had a bad reputation in these halls
"We're.. still talking. I like him." Kevin smiled and so did Archie and I "Now what about you and Toni?" Kevin asked
"I like her as a mutual, she seems concerned for me which is new." They both just looked at me with confusion "Ok sorry, apart from you both" they sighed with relief "Anyways, I mean as not like she knew me or anything? It was nice" I replied
"Totally.." Archie continued "What's the word when you want a relationship to happen?" Archie asked
"You mean a ship?" Kevin answered
"No? Why would I mean a boat?" Archie responded and Kevin and I facepalmed
"No, Archibald" Kevin mocked my fathers voice when saying Archibald and I rolled my eyes "like me saying I ship Choni" Kevin said
"Oh yeah! That's what I meant! I ship Cheryl and Toni" Archie said with joy in his voice
"Just say Choni" Kevin replied
"Ok. Choni. Choni.." Archie practised

A/N: Next chapter will be one like this but for Toni and her friends. Also making Archie a respectful, loving (hopefully you think so) character. So yeah. Cheryl focus chapter :))
