Previously (Cheryl's POV): Finally Veronica, Fangs and Jughead walked in. I already felt tears appear in my eyes when Archie nor Kevin walked in aswell.
"So?" I tried my hardest not to let the tears out
"We didn't find anything."
The sentence made the tears spring out, Betty immediately comforting me alongside Veronica.

Cheryl's POV:
"What happened to you and Toni is so unfortunate" Betty said
"I know. I can't tell Toni what my mother has told me, she could still have Kevin and Archie." I replied
There was more, she could also have done something to Toni's father or to Sunnyside Trailer park with the Ghoulies but I didn't want to give her any ideas incase someone was listening. Unfortunately, Toni had heard and glared at me before she looked at me annoyed and raised her voice.
"Listen up everyone, hello. I'm Toni Topaz. As the previous Southsiders know me I was the HBIC back there, and I was introduced to Cheryl Blossom. Cheryl Blossom and I were dating before the move, we first met at the Bulldogs vs Serpents football game and started our real rivalry which quickly ended after we were reintroduced by my wish. Later we went on a couple of dates and we started dating, then we fake a rivalry because we weren't ready and her mother blackmails her. Then finally, when her mother says she accepts it we start being more public. As I think a couple of you would know. Then she completely ignores me and breaks up with me. And I hear her saying how unfortunate it is? No, Cheryl Blossom I loved you. This is your fault." Toni stated and turned her head back to me.
I sighed before replying to Toni's speech. "Topaz, you really don't see. You know there's some things I can't tell you for your own good and you're just inconsiderate that I'm trying to keep you safe!"
Toni's POV:
She was the inconsiderate one! Beyond inconsiderate! Did she even listen to a word I said in my announcement? It didn't matter. People were spreading the news.
"Cheryl, we could've worked it out. For all I know this 'keeping me safe' could've been you cheating on me."
Cheryl's POV:

"And you are to have no attempt to resolve this at school. I'll be watching."

"You know I wouldn't do that." I said back to Toni
That's not resolving our entire relationship, right?
Toni's POV:
"Maybe you would" I said quietly with my head held down, hoping she'd prove me wrong. Instead, the bell rang and we went to class.

Cheryl and I were still ignoring each other after what had happened, if we looked at eachother we'd remain eye contact for a split second and then look away. Since we shared all the same classes. Betty and Veronica mostly stuck with Cheryl but if we saw eachother we'd wave or say hi. I had never really gotten close to Josie so we'd never really say hi, just occasionally wave.
