13. Captivating Cafés

I don't know what was really happening with Wattpad last chapter, I had to keep replacing/keeping the version of the chapter for it to upload so I hope it turned out alright!

Previously (Toni's POV): "You caught me. I was going to say you could always stay with me." I said
"Oh. I wasn't considering that. But thank you anyways" she replied. As I was about to open the door of my trailer Cheryl called out
"TT wait.."
"Wha-" I was cut off by Cheryl's lips smacking against mine. It was a soft, passionate kiss.
"I'll see you later" she smiled and I waved back. Trying to comprehend what had just happened

Toni's POV:
Day 1 of the 2 day sleepover was over. Everyone slept fairly well, Betty had woken up first and was in the kitchen. I was had woken up second.
"Hey Betty. When did you wake up?" I asked, quietly.
"Not that long ago. Maybe 15 minutes." Betty replied and I nodded. "You and Cheryl were snuggling" she softly laughed
"Yeahh.." I trailed off
"Don't worry! It's really cute anyways." Betty smiled
"Betty.." I thought
"Yeah?" She responded
"I wanna ask Cheryl on a date.. do you think she'll say yes. How should I ask?" I questioned
"OH MY GOD IM AWAKE." Kevin whisper shouted, tip-toeing over.
"Definitely ask! I haven't seen her so comfortable around anyone so easily. Maybe just make it casual aswell? Like some red roses and chocolate hearts." Betty stated
"Mhm I agree with that buut you two are the two HBIC's you have to go big!" Kevin replied. I decided on Betty's suggestion.
"I know, but I think we both just need something casual for once. Like we could go to a café or something." I said
"Okay that's cute too. Either way i ship it" Kevin responded.
"I heard ships, I'm up." Veronica also whispered, coming over.
"Well now everyone's awake except the person we're talking about." Betty replied
"Oh my god I totally know what this is about! Toni's asking Cheryl on a date!" Veronica squealed
"We didn't even say anything how did you kno-"
"I suspected Miss Topaz, I also hardcore ship Choni so I'm always excited for anything you two do." I was cut off by Veronica
"Okay well I am, it's gonna be casual-"
"And cute." Kevin stated as I glared
"Let me finish my sentences. It's gonna be a causal, nice, café date. I really hope she says yes." I stated and everyone smiled. Cheryl finally yawned and woke up.
"Good morning Cher. I'm gonna call Juggy." Betty waved.
"Oh yeah, I sort of forgot about Archie. I'll call him aswell." Veronica said.

It was a Saturday, so Cheryl suggested we go to a shopping centre. Everyone was alright with it and we all went shopping. Splitting up, Kevin went with Cheryl and I went with Betty and Veronica. After 3 hours of them trying on everything and me just waiting we decided to meet up at the food court. I sat next to Cheryl with in a booth with Betty and Veronica on the other side and Kevin at the head of the table. I slipped my hand under the table and placed it into Cheryl's. She smiled and me and I smiled back. Kevin noticed this, winked and continued the conversation.

We finally went back to Veronica's. Everyone exchanged goodbyes and went home. Cheryl was staying at Kevin's house now, which is partially better because I don't think I could've asked if it was with her mother. Waiting at my trailer was Fangs, who I assume Kevin had told.
"Soo.. Fangs told me everything! Good luck Tiny!" Fangs high-fived me
"I'll never beat your Pops-posal but I'm just going casual." I joked and Sweetpea laughed, walking over.
"Yup. Good luck, also you're lucky those burn-marks healed so quickly." Sweetpea said and I walked back inside and put my stuff away.
