Author's POV

*Knock knock*

-"Soo can you get the door?" Kai asked while washing the dishes. It's almost 10, he and Kyungsoo just finished their dinner and planned to watch some scary movies.

-"ok" Kyungsoo stood up from the couch to see who's knocking on the door this late. When the door opened he was surprised to see Baekhyun there, looking so pale and lifeless.

-"Yah, Byun Baekhyun why didn't you pick up my phone? If you had your plan changed at least tel.." Kyungsoo went mute when he saw a better view of his friend as he pulled him inside. Baekhyun's eyes and nose were red like he was crying for hours.

-"Baekhyun, what's wrong?" He asked in worried. Baekhyun didn't answer, instead he walked into Kyungsoo's arms and cried softly on his shoulder. Kyungsoo didn't ask anything. He just wrapped his hands around Baekhyun's body, giving him a warm hug and waited until the broken heart boy felt better.
They're always like that, whenever Baekhyun feel upset or stressed he will go to Kyungsoo and cry on his shoulder. Kyungsoo will always be there, ready give him a tight hug whenever he needs. No one talks, Baekhyun doesn't share his problem with anyone easily and Kyungsoo understand that well so they just stay like that in each other's embrace until Baekhyun feels better.

-"hey" Kai walked out of the kitchen to see his two favorite puppies, one was crying his heart out, and another one was trying his best not to cry.

-"Kyungsoo" he called his boyfriend softly.

-"Can you give us some time Kai?" Honestly no, Kai didn't want to leave both of them alone. From the sounds of Baekhyun, he knew how hurt the smaller was and he wish he could do something to help but he couldn't. He's really bad at comforting people and since Baekhyun feel more comfortable around Kyungsoo than him, he had no choice but agree. Giving Kyungsoo a small smile, Kai walked out of the door and closed it.

-"Be strong Baekhyun-ah" that's all he said before looking at the door one last time and left.

-"Feel a bit better now?" Kyungsoo asked, hands never left Baekhyun's back as he rubbed it slowly. Baekhyun just nodded and let go of Kyungsoo's body.

-"aww you little monster, look at you. How long have you been outside? Let's go, I'll get you some warm drink" he said while wiping away the tears from Baekhyun's face.

Giving Baekhyun a cup of coffee, Kyungsoo watched his friend drank it silently.

-"Can we talk about it now?" Kyungsoo asked, eye's scanning Baekhyun up and down until he noticed something.

-"Oh my, Baekhyun your hand. What did you do? Does it hurt?"

-"Compare to what's happening inside my heart right now, this is nothing" Baekhyun smiled sadly.

-"Baekhyun.."

-"We broke up Kyungsoo, I finally let him go." He said, both hands covered his face.

-"He said he couldn't do it anymore.. *sob* he.. *sob* it's really hurt *sob* " Kyungsoo's eyes got watery as well seeing how broken Baekhyun was. He grabbed his shoulder and gave him another warm hug.

-"shh it's ok" he tried to calm Baekhyun down by rubbing his back and a few kisses on his head.

-"I went to that girl's house *sob* he.. *sob* he saw me but acted like I was nothing. Kyungsoo tell me, am I that worthless?" His voice cracked.

-"No Baekhyun you're the most precious thing on Earth, stop saying that."

-"He said 'let's break up' like it was my fault. He's the one cheating on me! He *sob* he didn't even say sorry Kyungsoo.. I felt like my heart was about to explode *sob* " Kyungsoo let Baekhyun pulled away and watched as he brought his knees to chest.
