Annie's POV
"Are you ready for the game on Friday?" I look at him. He shrugs. "I guess. I mean we put in the hours so hopefully it works out" I nod. "Are you going to Bella's party afterwards?" He nods. After a while I hear the door open. It was Austin. I stand up and walk over to him. I hug him. "Where were you?" He hugs me back. "Sorry Ann's I had to do something" I nod my head.
He smells of drink and his hair is messy. "Why do you smell of drink? Have you been drinking again?" He shakes his head. "Ok?"
I walk over to Hayden. "You can go now if you want. Thanks for being there for me." I show him a small smile. "It's ok" he smiles back at me.
I walk up to my room and pull out my song book. I flick through the pages. The lyrics of each song having their own meaning. I walk over to my keyboard and mess with melodies.
I have this weird feeling when I'm with Hayden. I don't know what is. I sigh as I get up and lie on my bed. I soon fall asleep.
It's finally Friday that mean today is the game. I already have my cheer bag ready and my clothes for after ready.
I walk over to my closet pulling out an outfit. I slip it on and do my makeup and hair before I leave my room. I take my bags and go downstairs.
Austin drives me to school. I get out of his car and walk in. We get last three periods off to practice. I don't understand why but I'm not complaining.
At lunch I walk out onto the field and see Jayden and Kenzie. "Hey..." I look at them. "You ok Ann's?" I look at Jayden and nod my head. I take a deep breathe when I see Bella walk out.
"Ok so we are going to do this routine until it is perfect. Got it?" We all nod. God sometimes I would love to just punch her or tell her off. I go to by my flip from my fly position when I see Hayden fall.
I run over to him. "Oh my god. Hayden are you ok?" He looks at me and smiles. I smile back. "Bella is going to be mad at you" I giggle. "I don't care. Are you ok?" He nods. "I'm fine Ann's." I nod and stand up.
I walk over to Austin. "Why do you smell of drink again?" He looks at me. "No I don't!" I look at him. "Austin remember what happened when you were like this last year. I was put into care. Please don't do it agin" by now everyone was surrounding us.
"Ok fine. I'm sorry" I hug him. "It's ok" we pull away from the hug and go back to practicing. I had the routine really well down by the end of school. I can't believe I'm going to a party though. I never do.
