"We are always here for you."

I stared at the heading of the freebie journal given by my psychologist that morning. It was the same journal I had been asking my Uncle to give me money for because he cut my cards off, but it has a sticker on saying the name of the institution of the best place where someone could hijack my medical records.
"Record everything you want to say here." I remembered my doctor saying that to me earlier that day.
"First entry", I had been tapping my pen as I stared at the first printed words on the page. It was not just my journal when it would come from the hospital that was why I was hesitant to write down my deep thoughts. I believe It would just be the same five journals they gave me, a shared journal between Dr. Ward and I.
"I hate this trash." I took the leather notebook and threw it on the bath- tub filled with warm water. I absent-mindedly stared at it as it danced while the water from the faucet rained down on it. Then, as if something snapped in me, I quickly took the thing off the water, forgetting how hot the pool of water was.
"It's now all wet." I whispered as I held the notebook with shaky hands.
A moment of silence
..
.
.
"I don't want to die." I said as the journal fell to the floor with its pages ripped out and flying everywhere. I sobbed on the bathroom floor, thinking of the last ten days I only had, the unfinished songs no one would ever finish and the lover I would leave behind.
