"He'll die in a few days anyways." Mr.Joestar says, his voice laced with regret. You had been zoned out for a while and that wasn't the sentence you wanted to hear. You heard small parts of their conversation, about how he was under the control of DIO, and didn't do those things to you guys on purpose. You didn't blame him at all, you knew how DIO was.
"What do you mean he's gonna die?" You say darting your vision to the three men sitting down next to you. You had stared off a while ago and they almost forgot you were there. When they locked eyes with you, your (E/C) eyes were filled with determination and anger at the same time. It honestly scared the two older men a little.
"There's nothing you or any one of us can do about this (Y/N). I'm sorry but he's going to di-"
"How are you gonna give up if you haven't even tried!" You yelled at Mr.Joestar, causing him to jump a little. You got up from your seated position and went to Kakyoin's head to examine the piece of flesh. You had an idea on how to help him, but it was a little crazy and chaotic and you would need help, but it might just work.
"Jotaro," You called out as the two of you made eye contact, "I need your help." he grunts and shakes his head.
"You heard what the old man said (Y/N)." He says tipping his hat to cover his eyes. You didn't know, but he hated telling you no. He wanted to help you save him, he wanted to be by your side saving this guy's life. But something about the way you made him feel was scary to him. No one had ever done this to him before, so why were you different?
"Please." You looked at him with sorrowful eyes, hoping that he would help you. You couldn't do this by yourself and he's the only one with the stand that has excellent precision. His heart had almost skipped a beat, his cheeks dusting with the lightest of pink, going unnoticed by the others.
"Yare Yare." he exclaims before getting up from his seat next to the two older men to sit next to you.
Jotaro POV
'What the hell is she doing to me? Why on earth would I help a bitch like her, she almost killed me! I just met her and here I am, tending to her every beck and call. What is this feeling in my chest? I don't like her, do I? No, I can't, I won't. I'm just helping her save a life because it's the right thing to do, not because I don't want to see her cry over this guy's death. Not because I don't want her to be angry at me for standing around not doing anything to help an innocent man. Not because..... No... I don't like her. Dammit woman!'
Your POV
"Jotaro, I need you to trust me with this okay?" You ask him, staring into his ocean like eyes, "You said your stand had enough precision to catch a bullet, right? I need you to pull out this thing, being careful as to not move an inch while doing so. Got it?"
"How the hell am I supposed to not move?!" He asks, his voice getting loud with the frustration he was feeling.
"Hey," You say in a soft voice, making him look at you in the eyes, "You've got this. I know you do. I mean, shit, you're Jotaro-freaking-Kujo. This is only a bump in the road for you, okay? As soon as you pull it out I'll heal you and Kakyoin right up. I promise." You say holding out your pinky for the teen to take. He just grunts at your offer, feeling more determined to take out this thing after your small speech.
He goes to grab the bud as you lift Kakyoin's head to rest on your thighs, grabbing both sides of his head with your hands. He couldn't move even the slightest bit without screwing up his brain.'You've got this, (Y/N). It's only a small thing, but you need to help him. You have to try.' Your thoughts were soon interrupted when a tendril of the bud had inserted itself beneath your skin, entering at the wrist. It did the same to Jotaro, as it started to wiggle its way up your arm.
