Ch: 22 With Mixed Emotions

"I didn't miss this time." Dom proudly stated, as he watched Julian recollecting himself. Dom had to stifle a laugh.

"But-but, we've been drinking! So you don't know what you're doing and you'll regret this tomorrow." Julian was frantic rambling. He didn't know how to react. He felt like he was about to burst.

"Julian." Dom said, directly looking at him.

Julian looked back at Dom and relaxed a little more. Dom's eyes peering into his.

"I am perfectly sober." Dom finished saying. A mischievous smile forming on his face.

Julian looked him in the eyes and knew he wasn't lying.

"Shit." Was all Julian could say, a smile forming at the corners of his mouth as he touched his fingers to his lips.

"What! Oh my god, honey, I am so happy for you!" Kara exclaimed.

Julian told her about the kiss. He couldn't wait, she was the first one he would ever be able to tell.

"It's like I can still feel his lips on mine! It's crazy. Is this what it's supposed to feel like?" Julian asked, he couldn't stop thinking about it and he felt like a little kid as he spoke.

"Yes, Juls! Like... this is what you have always needed in your life! I am so happy and with a famous dude too. Who can ever say that?"

"I guess I can now." Julian laughed.

"But Juls, I hate to say this but... You have got to break up with sweet Lori."

Julian knew this was coming, "I know... and I will. I promise."

"I will hold you to it." Kara smiled, "Well, slutmuffin. I have to go. I am meeting Jared for dinner tonight. We will be going to karaoke night by the way. You should come. Bring whoever you want." She winked and left Julian's house.

Julian sighed and lied himself down on the couch. He was exhausted from the late night/early morning spent with Dom, but he couldn't sleep. He knew Dom was busy recording songs right now, so he didn't want to bother him much. He just couldn't wait to see him again.

Lori: Hey! You okay?

Julian: Yeah. I'm good. And you?

Lori: I'm fine. Can I come over? I miss you.

Julian was hesitant. As happy as he was about what happened between him and Dom, he also felt really bad. He knew it was cheating and he told himself he wouldn't do that again until he broke up with Lori. He was trying to avoid that though too, because she didn't deserve any of this.

Julian: Aww. I am actually not feeling too well, hun. I am going to try to sleep it off if that's okay?

Lori: :( Aww. Okay. When can I see you again?

Julian: Soon, baby. I promise. I just need some rest. :)

Lori: ♥♥

"Oh! Hey! What are you doing here?" Julian opened his front door to a perky Dom, smiling at him with his perfect teeth.

"I finished recording. Now I don't know what to do so I had meself dropped off." Dom said as he walked into Julian's house.

Julian's Mother was in the living room watching television and Julian knew he would have to pass her to go upstairs to his room with Dom.

"Who is that, Honey?" Carol called from the living room.
