Chapter 19

I thought I would never get my memories back. I felt so sad for the pain I am making these guys go through. Nate stays by me all the time except for when he goes to school.

They don't want me to go to school anymore, but I made them allow me. Well, the deal was that if I ever got my memory back. Let me tell you how I got it back.

Nate and I were walking around in town. He was trying to get me to remember stuff more. It was kind of working. A few things slowly came back. Such as my name, favorite bands, songs, and other random things.

But this I was surprised about. This is what brought back my memory.

I saw my old family. "Oh my! Brittany!", My mother said. I screamed loudly and hid behind Nate. "Who is this?", My father asks me, looking to Nate. "H-he is my brother..", I quietly answer.

"Surprised he actually likes you. You still in that orphanage? Or did some idiots adopt you?", Mother asks angrily.

"Shut up! I got adopted by the best people ever! Patrick, Joe, Pete, and Andy are the best people I've ever met! And Nate is the best brother I could have ever had!", I scream at them. "I am glad you jerks got rid of me! Because if you didn't I would still be stuck with you two!"

Nate nods in agreement with me. "I hope I never see you two again...", I tell them. Nate notices I am frozen and don't want to move, so he picks me up and he begins to walk back to our house.

"I'm so sorry about them Nate.."
"No. It's fine Britt. I'm sorry about them more than you should be. They shouldn't be that rude to you.", He smiles at me and keeps walking...
