~A few weeks later~
It was another day in school. Boring and full of work. Nate has been really close to be lately. And I think I know why.
Ever since we saw my old parents and I got beat up, he has been worried about me. Even worse, they haven't caught the people yet.
It's like, they beat me up then ran away.
Which worries me too. Not only Nate.
"Brittany Wentz and Nate Kyota, please report to the main office!", we hear on the loud speaker. I look at him and he shrugs, then we both set off for the office.
When we get there, we see Pete and Patrick. Those two are the only ones that really leave the house.
Joe and Andy are usually busy with other things. Like practicing their instruments and writing some lyrics.
"We need to take these two home."
"Reason?", the principal asks.
"Well, wouldn't you want to take your kids home when one of their real parents are trying to find them?!", Patrick angrily asks.
"Uhh. Are you two... Together?", The principal asks them. "No!", Pete says.
I begin laughing and Nate tries to calm me down. "I-I'm sorry..", I say trying to calm down.
"Anyways. Fine take them home.."
"Thank you!", Patrick mumbles and grabs Nate and I.
"We need to get you two home. You will be staying in the basement. It's too dangerous to have you upstairs. We have everything you need downstairs so don't worry", Pete quickly explains everything as we get in the car.
Patrick quickly drive back to our house, as I let it all sink in.
My old parents are coming to get me. I have no idea why or if they will be able to. But they are coming to get me.
My family is in danger
