Rose Love Paul

I fixed my gaze at the medium sized mansion. It was stationed in the outskirts of the city and is very private from the public eye. Though the house was decent, the vast landscape surrounded it gave a much wider beauty to the house. It was one old house built with stone bricks and the thick vines covered the stones adding a supplemental goddess to the house. I stepped inside the house along with Kiran in Piemont, Italy. Piedmont is a land of mountains and is only one of the many attractions in Piedmont.

"Is this where we're going to stay?" I whispered not taking my eyes from the age old picture which was hung on the wall in the middle of the atrium. The sketch was very decrepit and off, but the colours used in the painting said its quality. It must be a vintage old picture.

"It's so big..." said Kiran, studying the house.

Yes, the house was surprisingly epic. From the outside view it looked average, however after entering in, to the hilt its poles apart. It was well furnished with new products saving the massive painting.

"Welcome home!" we heard a third voice and I lifted my head to the direction of the second floor and saw a tall figure descending down the stairs.

"Pleasure to meet you, Mr Jacob!" said Kiran extending the hand. "I am Kiran and this is..."

"Rose!" The man took Kiran's hand, but his eyes were spellbinder on me. I felt a fine-tooth comb beneath the goggle of that vigorous man and I shifted my weight from one leg to another. Something in me started scorching looking at the man standing in front me. I didn't even know him, then why? But it was altogether contrastive from the way I felt with Kiran. The man incarcerated a dark aura and I was totes immersed in his deep-set grey eyes. Conversely Kiran got carried away exploring the house not caring about the tall man and me.

"Mr Jacob, your house was one such beauty, it has the power to hold the person inside its cage," appreciated Kiran viewing the landscape from the nearby window.

"It is indeed a beauty!" he replied, looking at me and I sucked my lower lips which was slain dry.

He came closer to me taking the luggage from my hand and grazed my lips with his thumb. "I hope you will have a lovely stay here Rose," said Jacob, turning to the direction of Kiran. When he became well aware of Kiran's curious side, he came very close to me and whispered in my ear which made my heartbeat to change from one to thousands.

What? I asked with my eyes and he very much understood the meaning and whispered again, "Forever Rose!" he said and gave a light peck on my cheek.

I stood ingrained on the blot. How could he understand me without my voice? I marked Kiran and took two steps back prolonging a distance from this unknown man named Jacob. Though my legs found its correct strategy, I couldn't say the same with my heart.

"We are married!" I mumbled to Jacob and took my steps in the direction of the second floor.

"Rose! Let Jacob handle the luggages, come here! I wanted to show you something more interesting," shouted my sweetheart from the ground floor.

"Let me finish the arrangements in our room Kiran," I replied and walked behind Jacob. We passed the dark entryway that led to a heavy locked door. "This will be your room...my Rosa," said Jacob, opening the door.

My Rosa?

"Correction!" I replied immediately and Jacob turned to my direction placing the baggages on the floor. He folded his arms and a wide grin appeared on his face. "Yes, there is indeed a correction. This will be..."
