After the battle, Adam sent Percy to help the Roman demigods overthrow Kronos' Black Throne. The battle was long and hard fought, but Percy didn't even notice it. He was in complete rage mode, worse than ever before. The fighting helped though, he was calm enough not to flip out at the burning of Thalia's shroud.

Percy didn't go back to camp after the funeral. There was nothing there for him besides memories that he didn't want to remember.

He didn't bother telling anybody that he was leaving. They'd find out soon enough, and he didn't want their half-hearted condolences or thanks. He just wanted to be with his pack.

As it turned out, a lot of minor gods, monsters, and a few mortals had prices on their heads for their involvement with Kronos. Percy spent all of his time leading assassinations or sleeping.

These jobs allowed him to redirect his focus, but he knew he'd need to face what had happened. And that wouldn't be nice at all.
