I suck in a breath walking into Maths, shifting my eyes down as I catch a glimpse of the intense green eyes of Tyler. I quietly sit down behind him dropping my bag on the floor.

"Hey how are ya?" Max asked me either obvious to the tension and awkwardness or ignoring it. I glance at Ty before looking up at Max as if to say 'how do you think?'.

"Fine I guess. Jen says Hi by the way." I tell him and he beams, I'm turning away ready to lean back and space out for the lesson.

"She say anything else?" He asks me wiggling his eyebrows. I smirk.

"Oh yes how could I forget! She went on and on about how perfect and irresistible you are!" He grinned shoving me.

"Alright I only asked!" I shrugged facing the front and started doodling in my book. "Wait... did she really?" He asked quietly a few moments later. I looked over to see if he was serious. He was.

I snorted at him shaking my head making him scowl. Did he really think I could mean it omg. "Max no offence but I'm shocked she even told me to say hi after what you did the other day"

"It was an accident!" He whined, pouting like a child.  We'd had a pool day at Luke's and can I say what a house that it, when we'd showed up I'd over heard Max asking Luke which pool they were going to use. Turns out he has THREE. Who needs three fucking pools?

Everyone though it was hilarious when I was given armbands and a noodle float thing so I could get in the water. But someone *cough* Max *cough* thought it would be a great idea to bake when wearing roller skates; no idea where he got them from. It ended up in a girly scream from Max as he went flying backwards and flour all over Jenna who'd gotten out of the pool. It became a doughy mess, and Max rolling away for his life.

"Did you even make it up to her?" I asked.

"Boy did I!" He exclaimed as I wrinkled my nose.

"Ew! Ok shut up! Only a yes was needed!" I pushed him away from me turning back I freeze my heart skipping a beat as Tyler quickly looks back at the front. I wish he'd talk to me.

I never knew I'd be the person to find going up to him myself awkward, but he makes me nervous. I should just do it, after everything I've been through this should be easy. Maybe my therapist would actually be proud of me for once. I should ask him after to talk... or now? No I can't do it now I need to build myself up. Soon the teacher cuts through my thoughts.

"Mr Parks hand me your phone now" she commands calmly, Tyler looks up at her.

"What phone?" He asks her coldly I see him slyly put it back in his pocket. "The one you are hiding under the desk." Her voice becomes more impatient.

"You must be mistaken miss I don't have a phone out. Are you okay? Need to visit the nurse?" A few people chuckle at him whilst her gaze turns darker.

"You will not speak to me in such tone now give me your phone! I was not born yesterday Mr Parks no one just smiles at their crotch area!" People begin sniggering as she roars at him I could practically feel his smirk.

"You are happy to check miss but I may have to phone the cops afterwards if you are to harass me like that."

"You aren't funny Tyler if I don't receive your phone in the next couple of seconds it will be detention!" She smacks her hand down on the desk. God she had a short fuse.
