Chapter Eighteen

Three weeks later, Bella was at work at her desk. Nick was in court all day. Amber was out sick. Chris, Ashley, Sarah, and Kenny were in their offices working on cases. Ben was in his office. Bella got up and walked into his office and stood there.

"Bels, you okay?" Ben asked.

"Yeah I guess," Bella said.

"Bels, what is it?" Ben asked.

"I miss you," Bella said.

"Bels, I'm right here, can't miss me if I'm here in front of you in person," Ben said.

"I meant you being with me and Nick," Bella said. Ben got up and closed the door and locked it. He came over to her and hugged her close.

"I know you do, Bels, but it is for the best, you and Nick are married, it should be the two of you together," Ben said.

"I hate you and Nick made that decision without discussing it with me," Bella said.

"You left, Bels, we couldn't exactly talk to you about it, it was you leaving that made us realize that it is for the best," Ben said.

"You guys could have waited until I came home," Bella said.

"But we didn't know if you would, you left your rings behind," Ben said.

"I know, I had so many things going through my head, you guys were always locked in one of your offices fucking each other and I was on the outside looking in," Bella said.

"I'm sorry about that, Bels," Ben said. She looked at him and broke down crying. He hugged her close.

"What's wrong, Bels," Ben said.

"I've fallen in love with you, Ben, I can't make it stop," Bella said.

"Oh Bels," Ben said.

"I need you Ben, please I need you so bad," Bella said.

"Bels, we can't go back, we have to move on," Ben said.

"Please Ben, I need you to make love to me please I need to feel you inside me," Bella said.

"No Bels, we can't, we have to move on, we can't do this," Ben said.

"Ben, please," Bella said.

"Bels, no," Ben said.

"You don't want me anymore," Bella said.

"I'm sorry, Bels," Ben said.

"It's because I'm eight months pregnant isn't it, I'm not longer desirable," Bella said.

"I'm sure you are, Bels, it's just that we can't anymore," Ben said. She removed her clothes and stood in front of him naked. He swallowed hard as he gazed at her body.

"And now?" Bella asked.

"Oh god, Bels," Ben said. He went to her and kissed her deeply as here moved his clothes and lifted her up against the wall and pushed inside her body and she held onto him as they moved together. They moaned in each other's mouths as he went faster and harder.

"Oh god Bels," Ben said.

"Oh god Ben, I've missed you so much," Bella said.

"Me too baby, come with me now," Ben said. She came around him and he came shooting his hot release deep inside her body. He held her close and buried his face in her neck.

"Oh god Bels," Ben said.

"I know," Bella said.

"We can't tell Nick about this," Ben said.
