Bella sat there looking at both Nick and Ben.

"You promise not to duck out again, that once you are in, you are stuck," Bella said.

"Doc?" Nick asked.

"I'm sorry, I'm afraid you have miscarried," the doctor said.

"I need to get you cleaned out to prevent infection, Mr. Stone, if you could go wait in the waiting room, I'll have a nurse come get you when I'm done," the doctor said. Nick nodded and kissed her forehead and rested his against hers.

"I love you," Bella said. He kissed her and went out the door and went to the waiting room and sank down in a chair. Ben came over to him.

"Bro?" Ben asked.

"The baby's gone," Nick said. Nick broke down crying. Ben hugged him just as Amber, Alex, Chris, Ashley, Kenny, and Sarah came in.

"Guys?" Amber asked.

"Bella?" Alex asked.

"We lost the baby," Nick said.

"Oh god no," Amber said. Alex hugged Amber. Chris and Kenny came over and hugged Nick. Sarah and Ashley hugged him and they all sat and waited. A nurse came and got Nick and took him to Bella.
