Arielle walked behind Kamryn, staying silent.
Her mind couldn't seem to piece together how everything had unfolded.
The robe that covered her was made of silk with sheer lining.
Having barely covered her backside, Arielle couldn't help but feel exposed.
It wasn't until they had arrived at a dining hall that Arielle saw Kamryn's face as she turned around.
She held her head down but her eyes showed remorse and pity.
Something told Arielle that she definitely wasn't doing it for the money.
"Open the door and go inside, they're waiting." Kamryn stated, not making eye contact.
Arielle placed her hand on her shoulder in comfort to which Kamryn immediately looked up and grabbed her wrist.
Yet, Arielle held firm though she was in no place to give comfort.
She was scared. Her personality would have it that she would try to find her best in someone until they show her otherwise. At the same time however, she could be just as ruthless as Sebastian because hurting her meant loosing her trust that could never be gained back.
Despite being shown betrayal, she couldn't help but respond to her gut-feeling that Kamryn probably had a better reason than what was shown on surface level for doing what she was.
She knew that what they had couldn't be repaired but she nodded signaling that she would be okay and watched as Kamryn softened her tough exterior again.
With that, the grip on Arielle's wrist loosened and Arielled placed her hands on the handles of the double doors.
"Sorry."

Sebastin groaned as he threw his phone on the table.
Without noticing, he had been pacing back and forth trying to somehow get access to the security footage at the boutique.
They could've easily sneaked past and hacked the footage but it seemed as if a section of the copy that was accessed had been glitchy and lost footage for the last couple of days.
Knowing that the copy that the could get their hands on was likely tampered with, their only hope was to get an the in-house version of the footage and it was live and continued running.
It had been been a day since the phone call with his brother and they had planned to meet in the morning after Jeremiah dug up some information about the boutique.
The innocent boutique had in fact had illegal ties to it with dealing in the black market and fraud.
Sebastian had been on calls all day, his company and Arielle's search both demanding his attention at the same time.
It wasn't for long but Arielle handled the company matters perfectly and he had only needed to return and sign the bigger of the deals as she went over the smaller ones.
He stayed cooped up in his office as soon as he went home, their house reminding him of her everywhere he looked.
Yet, it was another night without Arielle.
He didn't want his mind to wander to the worst, walking over to his bar cart and pouring himself some whiskey.
It tasted like nothing to him but it would let him sleep.
He finally sat down in his chair after having a little under four glasses.
It wouldn't make him completely drunk but he would be on the edge of tipsy.
His phone stayed silent despite him looking at if as if Arielle was going to call him.
She wasn't.

"Sebastian Cattaneo, I know damn well you weren't drinking." Arielle rolled her eyes as she sat at the base of the stairs.
Sebastian walked in and smiled.
It was nice having someone to greet him at home.
"It was a business dinner love, I'm not even tipsy." Sebastian reassured her. His tolerance was known to be high as he outdrunk the men who preyed on his getting drunk enough to sign sketchy deals.
It never worked though because while Sebastian would walk out perfectly fine, the men would find themselves knocked out at the bar.
Arielle watched as he leaned in for a kiss before she stopped him, cupping the side of his cheeks as if he was a child, "If you think your kissing me dear, you're wrong. You reek of alcohol."
She couldn't help but smile as he pouted, he was cute tipsy. After pinching his cheeks and shaking his head, she rolled her eyes, "You better have had someone drive you home even if you feel perfectly fine. Now go shower."
With that, she turned her head and made her way upstairs.
Sebastian looked in awe, even from behind she looked like an angel, the way the light surrounded and illuminated her.
He loved her.

"Arielle, now if you don't go to bed wouldn't it be a problem for me now?" The voice taunted from behind her.
She sat at on the side of the bed, her backside at the very edge.
Dinner was full of foul language and disturbing talk about Arielle and her appearance.
She tried her best to move at touch of the men but were met with glares.
Now, after dinner and still barely dressed, she was brought to a bedroom.
But not alone.
"Just go to sleep woman. Tonight, I won't do anything but sleep beside you. You're welcome." Zach gritted through his teeth.
She felt his arm tug at her shoulder forcefully but she stayed stiff making it harder for him to pull her down.
He used both of his arms, pinching to inflict pain and press her onto the bed.
"Look at me won't you?" He asked as Arielle turned her head to the side.
The last thing she would do was to look at him for simply his entertainment of controlling her.
Arielle's body stiffened again as she felt Zach reaching over her, his body and face disgusting close to hers.
"Kidding." He joked as he pulled on her handcuff to check that it was tight, "Just checking."
Despite having one hand free, she felt as if she was a caged animal, with her other hand tighted to the bed post with a handcuff that seemed more uncomfortable the more she moved.
"Good night Arielle."
