The Girl

Ren and I walked into the woods, going west, as the Stormtrooper had said. Before we had gotten far, Kylo stopped us.

What are you doing?

"Go up on that ridge, we can block her in." He suggested.

I heard gunshots and eventually saw the girl. She backed up, still shooting at Kylo. He stopped her by freezing her in place.

"The girl I've heard so much about." I walked out from behind her, standing in front of her when Kylo said, "The droid. Where is it?" He put his lightsaber next to her face.

I tried to look into her mind. I can't see into her mind. I stayed in place, but my eyes moved to Kylo.

He walked over, putting his hand on my shoulder. Try again.

So, I did. I pushed my way through. The map, she's seen it.

"You've seen the map," Kylo said out loud.

"Sir, Resistance fighters. We need more troops." A Trooper said.

"Pull the division out. Forget the droid. We have what we need." Kylo said then made the girl pass out. He began to carry the girl out of the woods.

I wanted to say something. I knew I should've found the droid, that was what I came to do.

Kylo. He ignored me

Master Ren! He stopped. I stomped my way in front of him. The droid?

Forget it. She's seen the map.

He continued walking, And what if we can't get into her mind? We need the droid.

I will take the blame then. Now, please get on the ship.

I walked in front of him. He was so on and off lately. As manipulative he can be, I still love him. I will always love him, and stand by his side.

We had to cross the battlefield to reach the ship, I felt Han and Chewie still alive. I even looked over my shoulder at them, then walked up the ramp of Ren's ship.

When we returned to the Finalizer, the girl was taken to an interrogation room. Kylo wanted to be there when she was awake. He walked a few steps, Are you coming?

The Supreme Leader, I have to-

I will deal with him. Come with me. He reached his hand out to me, I looked at it, then at his helmet. I reached my own hand out. We walked hand in hand to the interrogation room. I felt the stares on us, but for once, I didn't care.

We waited in the room until the girl woke up, "Where am I?"

"You're our guest," Kylo said to her.

"Where are the others?" She asked.

"Do you mean the murderers, traitors and thieves you call friends? You'll be relieved to hear we have no idea." He thought for a second, "You still want to kill me."

"That happeneds when you're being hunted by a creature in a mask." At the same time, Kylo and I removed our face coverings.

Kylo stalked in front of her, "Tell me about the droid."

"He's a BB unit with a selenium drive and a thermal hyperscan vindicator."

"It's carrying a section of a navigational chart. And we have the rest." He looked at me.

"The rest have been recovered from the archives of the Empire, but we need the last piece." I came from behind the chair and leaned against the wall in front of the girl.

"And somehow you convinced the droid to show it to you. You...a scavenger. You know I can take whatever I want." Kylo took a few steps back and I began my mind infiltration.

"You're so lonely. So afraid to leave. At night, desperate to sleep. You imagine an ocean. I see it. And Han Solo. You feel like he's the father you never had." I leaned in closer, "He would have disappointed you too."

"Get out of my head." She growled and I stepped back smirking.

"We know you've seen the map. It's in there. And now you'll give it to us." Kylo started to reach inside her mind. "Don't be afraid. We feel it, too."

I heard knocking on the door outside, I left the room to see a Stormtrooper waiting. He held a tablet, "General Hux, told me to deliever this to you or Master Ren." He handed it to me and left.

There were updates from The Knights of Ren. I read the reports and was startled when Kylo walked out the door. He held his mask in one hand and grabbed my hand with the other. He didn't say anything as he guided us to wherever we were going.

"The scavenger resisted you?" I stood behind him as he talked to Snoke

"She is strong with the Force. Untrained, but stronger then she knows."

"And the droid, Storm?" He asked me.

I opened my mouth but was cut off by Hux walking in. "Ren believed it was no longer valuable to us. That the girl was all we needed. As a result, the droid has most likely been returned to the hands of the enemy. They may have the map already."

"Then the Resistance must be destroyed before they get to Skywalker."

"We have their location."

"Prepare the weapon."

"Supreme Leader, I can get the map from the girl. I just need your guidance." I saw Hux leave, giving me a look as he did.

"Storm, you bring the girl to me." I looked up to him.

"Yes, Supreme Leader." Kylo and I left, but we pulled me to the side when we got close.

"Listen, you grab the girl and I'll meet up with you. I have to grab something."

Ok. I turned the corner into the room and started to have a panic attack. The cell was empty. I was so frustrated with everything, that I pulled my lightsaber out and in true Kylo fashion, tore up the room. The cell was open and empty. She's escaped.

I sent Hux a message as well, The prisoner escaped.
