A/N: Just a reminder of what happened at the end of the last chapter.
Soon I got a text from Finn saying he was at my house ready to go. I quickly put on some perfume, got in my favorite sandals and then headed out the door.
Millie's Pov
I left out the door and made my way over to Finn's car, he was leaning on the side of his car and looked up when he saw me.
"Hey, he says he opens the passenger door for me.
"Hi." I say, I then thanked him for opening the door.
"Let's hit the beach!" he says. We listened to my driving to the beach playlist with the windows down just chillin.
Soon we arrived in about 25 minutes.
At the beach
Finn's Pov
We arrived at the beach, I opened the door for Millie and then grabbed some stuff from the trunk, mostly food and a picnic blanket.
Finally we found a nice spot, and no one was on the beach, that's why I said 7:00. We put our stuff down and unfolded, and set up the blanket.
"You brought food?" Millie says looking into the basket of food.
"Yea, I thought we could have a late night picnic." I say unpacking the contents in the basket. The sun wasn't planned to set until 8:30 pm so we had some time to chill.
"Would you like some strawberries or watermelon?" I asked, looking towards Millie.
"Uh, maybe some strawberries. Later I'll have some watermelon.
"Ok, you want that on your playabowl?" I asked, beforehand I thought it would be nice if we ate some playa bowls at the beach. Haha playa.
"You got playa bowls!" She sounded so excited and nodded her head. I gave her the bowl and we dug into our separate ones.
"So, when is the girl you like going to know that you like her?" Millie says wiggling her eyebrows at me.
"Well...soon I guess." I say, god this is gonna be a hard night for me.
"You, know what to say?" Millie says
"Yea, but I don't wanna talk about it."
"Ok." She nods, we finished our playabowls and decided to go for a swim.
We took over our clothes to reveal our bathing suits and walked towards the water.
"It's so cold." Millie says not getting more into the water.
"Millie, it's not that bad." I say
"Speak for yourself, you're practically half way in." She says laughing.
"Your right." I say, slowly getting out of the water towards Millie. She was distracted when I picked her up in bridal style and decided I would just take her in myself.
"Finn! What are you doing?" Before she can realize what I'm doing she is already dunked into the cold salty water. She then emerges from the water and gives me a glare and soon I am dunked into the water.
That went on for a long while before we just decided to float in the water.
"Have you ever thought that water is a different universe where we can float but we aren't able to breathe?" Millie asks looking up to the sky.
"I haven't thought about that, interesting." I say
I got a text on my watch and it was from Caleb.
McCaleb: How's it going?
I quickly typed and then sent my response.

He didn't reply, I guess he didn't see the need to. I didn't see the point either. Millie and I got too cold so we got ou
We only brought our phone just in case. The time became 8:25 and the sun was deciding to go away for the night. But before it did we took some pictures and then I decided to fess up. So I took Millie back to the little picnic blanket.
"Oh look Finn the water is crazy!" Millie says pointing to the water.
"Yea, hey can I tell you something?" I say looking towards Millie.
"Sure, what's up?" Millie says
"Well..It.." Come on Finn say it! She looks at me with a confused face.
"I have a crush on this girl, and well that girl is..you. I have always liked you Mills ever since we finished filming season 3 of the Stranger Things. I wanted to take you out here to tell you...but I haven't dared to tell you any other time because...I thought you wouldn't feel the same way, I feared that you would just reject me." I say looking down and I was going to say something else but then I was cut off by Millie's lips hitting mine. This went on for only a couple of seconds, then she told me what she thought.
"Finn, I have felt the same way for the longest time. I haven't told you because I was too afraid of your rejection, but now that I know you like me I'm so over the moon." Millie says looking into my eyes.
Millie's Pov
Finn and I finished taking some photos with the sunset and headed back to the blanket.
"Oh look Finn the water is crazy!" I say pointing to the water.
"Yea, hey can I tell you something?" Finn says looking towards me.
"Sure, what's up?" I say.
"Well..It.." I look at him with a confused face as he is struggling to say whatever he wants to say.
"I have a crush on this girl, and well that girl is..you. I have always liked you Mills ever since we finished filming season 3 of the Stranger Things. I wanted to take you out here to tell you...but I haven't dared to tell you any other time because...I thought you wouldn't feel the same way, I feared that you would just reject me." Finn says looking down and he was going to say something else but then I cut him off by kissing him. I only did this for a couple of seconds, then I told him what I thought.
"Finn, I have felt the same way for the longest time. I haven't told you because I was too afraid of you rejecting me, but now that I know you like me I'm so over the moon." I say while I look into his eyes.
After that we packed everything up and drove to Finn's house.
