A/N: This was going to be a separate thing but I decided to just add it on.
Here's what the description should have been: It's been nearly two years since Denki was kidnapped and Monoma was sent to rot in jail, and things with the band are going great! Kaminari thinks that everything is finally slowing down and going back to normal again, or as normal as they can be on tour. Little does he know, Shinsou has one last surprise planned.
Despite what you may think, Kaminari Denki does not like being on tour.
And if you were to ask him why, he would be able to list off many different reasons why: the tour bus is too small, the bathroom sucks ass, his bed is cramped, the couch is scratchy, it's always boiling in there, even with the AC cranked up as high as it will go, and no one really realizes how much of a pain it is to have to live with Bakugou. Kaminari has no idea how Kirishima does it.
The only good thing about the tour is the actual performing, that exhilarating feeling of being on stage in front of hundreds, if not thousands, of people, all there for him, more or less. He loves that part.
And, of course, that fact that his gorgeous boyfriend is on tour with him certainly helps.
But Shinsou apparently doesn't understand the struggles the blond has been facing the past few weeks.
"I'm telling you, babe," Denki whines, thrusting his arms out and nearly spilling the hot coffee in Shinsou's hands, "Iida scammed us." His boyfriend lets out an amused chuckle, slowly bringing his coffee to sit on a coaster on the table next to him.
Kaminari is currently sprawled out over him, resting his head in his lap as Hitoshi mindlessly plays with his golden hair, carding his hands through it gently. Bakugou is scowling at them from across the bus, surely because of the noise level that Denki can't contain for the life of him. Iida is attempting to talk to Katsuki, but he isn't even acknowledging him.
Kaminari can't see Jirou, so he is assuming that she is upfront talking with their bus driver, Ojirou, if he's remembering correctly. He's pretty chill, and he and Jirou seem to get along great.
After Explosion Heroes had signed with Iida, the band hit off great, gaining a rapidly growing fanbase. After releasing two albums, here they are now, two years later, and four weeks into their first-ever tour. As much as he doesn't like the whole tour experience, Kaminari has to admit that visiting so many incredible places throughout Japan and getting to meet and play for fans is definitely worth the shitty road trip part of it.
"I don't think he scammed us," Hitoshi says, causing Denki to pout. "If anything, we should be thanking him, not accusing him." The blond only sighs, reluctantly agreeing. He just really wants something to complain about. Not only is the bus sucky, but the drive from place to place is so boring. They only have cell reception, like, half of the time, and this is not one of the times that they do. The first two weeks the band members had held a card game tournament, playing different games like Poker, Rummy, Euchre, and more. After days of playing and competing and many, many papercuts that hurt like hell, Jirou had reined victorious. Kaminari wasn't sure if Bakugou was still over his defeat yet.
But cards got old pretty fast.
They'd tried many other things to keep them entertained as well; they played offline video games, attempted to write songs, brainstormed music video ideas, drew, read, the list went on. Kaminari and Jirou had even secretly written bad fanfiction about their friends. He'll never admit it, but now Kaminari is kind of starting to ship Iida and Bakugou, not that he's going to tell them. Some things are much better left unsaid, and Denki would actually very much like to keep his head, thanks.
