"Law thanks for coming with me" Rocinante whispers quietly entering the familiar towering form of Impel Down as Law nods his head walking side by side with the tall blonde to see his brother Dofflamingo Donquioxte Ex-Shichibukai that was condemned to this worlds strongest prison for murder,enslavement,underground dealings and defying the government.

"Knowing Dofflamingo he'll find a way out and cause more trouble but this time i'll be ready" Law growls the nodachi glinting in the low light of the prison hall as Rocinante stops placing a hand on Law's head saying "I came here to tie up some loose ends we'll move on with our life from here on out together" Law smiles nodding his head as Warden Magellan coughs gesturing to the single cell with chains coming from the walls binding the man inside to the point he can't move.

Dofflamingo laughs synically despite being chained his shades glint his voice hauntingly low as he speaks "So my brother came to visit me hm? Fufufufu this we'll be intresting" Rocinante looks at Dofflamingo his neck,legs,arms and waist are all bound in shackles with chains tightened to the wall constricting all movement. "Hell raising,so frightening the darkness surrounds our minds welcome to the panic room" Rocinante murmurs as Law looks confused but Doffy falls silent a single tear falling from behind his shades the right eye.

"You know I wasn't joking when I said i'd get revenge for everything they did to us" Doffy states solemnly for once as Rocinante's shoulders shake knowing all too well they were tied from the window of their home by the people who set fire to their home the poverty and illness took their mother away and the citzens beat their family up for being celestial dragons.

"WHAT DID WE EVER DO!" Doffy yells tugging against his chains fury and pain evident in his voice Law looking now at the chained man could only see someone that life broke down into broken pieces of delicate and deadly glass. "This isn't hell like what we went through Corazon" Doffy whispers before Rocinante whispers "I know Doffy that's why i'm here to say i'm sorry I couldn't stop you before things escalated this far" Dofflamingo chuckles leaning his head to the left avoiding their eyes.

"I hear that day over and over in my nightmare were my darkest fears come for me tell me how does it feel to experience never ending pain?" Doffy questions as Rocinante looks at his hands saying "hopeless and devoid of purpose" Doffy nods his head saying "You should leave I won't accept your apology but I understand what your trying to say always were the one to avoid outright saying things huh Rocinante?" the tall blonde feels tears fall hearing his older brother when they were young always protected him from the beatings.

"Why couldn't you join me and change!" Rocinante questions raising his voice which startled Law from the usually quiet blonde as Doffy tilts his head to Rocinante leaning forward as much as he can. "Because if I didn't get revenge my life would have ended all those years ago" Doffy whispers before Magellan moves saying "you should leave now" Rocinante nods turning and walking almost in a trance like state away from the cell while Law pauses.

"Protect him for me, I don't deserve to say this after trying to kill him but I spent time thinking and my little brother was my world at one point so keep him alive" Doffy says before leaning his head back as light shining down on him makes Law jaw go slack. Doffy was covered in slashes and cuts with burn marks littering his skin his lip looks bruised like he'd been punched his pink coat tattered and dusty Law quickly turned moving away saying "I'll protect Cora-san because I care about him and if you did you wouldn't have chosen this path" Doffy listens to Law's words wondering what life would have been if he hadn't accept Trebol's offer.

Law walked out of Impel Down seeing Rocinante leaning against a wall his shoulders slack his eyes glazed over as if remembering something walking over Law gently grabs the blondes hand as he turns eyes filled with sadness before he shakes his head shakily covering his mouth. "Law I understand now" Rocinante whispers meakly as Law whispers "what do you understand?" Rocinante looks at the prison before looking at the sky "There was a time when Doffy was better than this" Law patiently waited till Rocinante could calm his breathing to tell the story.
