Chapter 27

A/N I'm thinking about finishing this story soon because I'm running out of ideas, I think I'll probably just do 2 more chapters then finish it x

Karas pov

I moved in with lena a couple of months ago now and I couldn't be more happier, that's why I've decided I'm going to propose.

I'm so nervous but I've set up the perfect date, I'm using the roof top of our house and I've placed a blanket on the floor along with her favourite foods and some red wine.

It's our usual date night so she won't get suspicious about why I've done all this.

"Lena are you ready?" I shouted from the kitchen, hoping lena can heat me from the bedroom.

"Yeah!"

I waited patiently by the door with my yellow summer dress on. (A/N the outfit from worlds finest)

I watched lena walk out in a green knee length dress and she looked beautiful.

"Wow... Lee you look.... gorgeous"

She giggled and walked over to me and kissed me on the lips.

"So do you, come on then where are we going?"

"The roof" I said and took her hand leading her to the elevator.

"The roof?" She asked and I nodded and pressed the button to the roof.

We both walked to the stairs and went up and we both stepped out of the door, I heard lena gasp behind me and I just smiled and walked over to the blanket.

I heard her shoes clicking behind me and I sat down on the blanket and she sat next to me.

"Wow Kara this is amazing!" She looked around at everything and smiled when she saw the wine.

I heard her gasp so I looked at her and I snickered when she picked up the kale and kissed the tub it was in.

As the night went on we ate most of the food  and talked about random things until the time had finally came for me to propose.

I got all nervous and reached into the basket to get the ring out, I played with it for a few minutes until I finally got the courage to do it.

"Lee?" I said to get her attention.

She turned her head and gasped when she saw me open the ring box, she started to cry and I smiled at her.

"I love you so much, you make me so happy and I can't think of anyone more perfect than you to spend the rest of my life with, so Lena Kieran Luthor? Will you marry me?"

She lunged forward and kissed me hard on the lips, I was a little surprised at first but soon started to kiss back.

She pulled away and grinned from ear to ear.

"Yes! YES! yessss!" She said between kissed.

I giggled and took her hand and slid the ring on her left hand.

She stared at it for a few seconds and turned to me.

"It's beautiful"

I smiled and put my head on her chest cuddling into her closer, and that's how we spent the rest of the night just looking at the stars, kissing, cuddling. Until we went back into the house and we went to bed because it was pretty late and we were both tired.

I still can't believe she said yes and that I have the most perfect woman in the world in the same bed as me right now.
