John's POV
I didn't have much stuff, so unpacking wasn't a problem. The room I was settle in was a little bit bigger that my old cell. It felt weird have a nice room now.

"You will get used to it, John." I whispered to myself. "If Thomas doesn't want to get rid of you again."

When I said that, I heard a knock at the door.

"Come in!" I called.

I thought it was Thomas, I was right!

"Good Morning, John." he smiled, I missed his smile.

"Good Morning." I didn't make eye contact.

"I was wondering if you were hungry." he came in and closed the door behind him, I was used to this.

"No thank you." I answered, really not hungry at all.

I jumped and let out a yelp once I felt one of his fingers on arm.

"Umm..." he tried to find his words "how have you been?"

"Good." I answered quick.

"Have you talked to anybody lately?" he asked.

"Not...a lot." I said. "Yeah my talking skills have failed over the years." I whispered to myself.

"Umm well, what have you been doing over the years?" he smiled at me.

"Good god is this shit serious?!"

"Well, not much."

"I also haven't been doing much." he said. "I have been stressed with all the paper work and letters from all the homophobic people." he sighed.

"That's sad." I almost whispered.

He then leaned his head on my shoulder. And carefully stroked my hair.

"I think you should go eat know." I tried to break it apart.

"And why is that?" he playfully smiled at me.

"It's nearly 9:30." I quickly glanced at the clock.

"Are you sure you don't want to eat?" he once again asked.

"I'm fine, Thomas." I said.

He smiled at me and walked out.

I sighed and laid down on my bed. I still wanted to sleep, I don't think they really care about me anyways.

Then, there was another knock on the door.

"Come in!" I called.

It was a gentleman, all nice dressed.

"You have a few letters sent to you, Mr. Adams." he looked at me.

"Thanks." I said as I got the letters from his hand.

There were three letters. They were all from Reynolds. He flirted with me through all the others. I blushed a shade of dark red.

Unsatisfied,(don't sing it)I put the letters deep into this dresser in the corner.

"Calm down, John. You will get used to it." I whispered to myself.
