A/N when the people are talking and suddenly the text starts to look like how this writing is right now, it means they're raising their voice as they talk.

John's POV
I gasped when I saw Thomas in my room. Not only was he snooping around my room. But he found the letters Reynolds sent me!

"Thomas. It's not what you-" I was cut off.

"You're committing adultery!?" he screamed at me.

"Adultery!? I will never! Why were you snooping around my stuff?!" I demanded.

"THEN WHY IS JAMES REYNOLDS SENDING YOU LOVE LETTERS!" he dogged my demand.

I didn't know how to respond.

"YOU'RE ALSO SENDING HIM LETTERS AREN'T YOU?!"

"Thomas...I swear. I'm not having an affair or committing adultery." I had those same wet eyes I had four years ago.

"YOU DIDN'T EVEN OPEN MY PRESENT!" he pointed at the blue box that sat on my desk.

"Thomas please."

"WHAT! IS THIS GONNA GET YOU OUT OF THE PUNISHMENT ON BEHEADING!?"

When he said that, I froze. I already experienced the fear of having your head about to be chopped off. I don't need it again.

Until then, I couldn't help it anymore.

"I LOVE YOU WITH ALL OF MY HEART, THOMAS! THE REASON I CAME TO YOU LAST TIME I CAME WAS TO MAKE IT UP TO  YOU AFTER THAT FIRST TIME YOU KISSED ME!" I screamed.

Thomas just looked at me in pure shock. But I wasn't done.

"I WENT ON A WALK AFTER I EXECUTES MYSELF FROM YOUR OFFICE! THATS WHY I DIDN'T OPEN THE PRESENT! REYNOLDS HAS BEEN SENDING ME THOSE LETTERS SINCE I FIRST CAME HERE! I SWEAR I NEVER RESPONDED OR FLIRTED BACK!" I continued.

Then, silence filled the room. It was only filled with me holding back my tears.

He slowly got up and walked over to me. I refused to let a single tear out. I thought he was gonna slap me or something. But instead, he just let out a heavy sigh before he left me there.

Once he left, I carefully shut the door and looked at the letters he ripped in half.

I looked through them, before looking over at the blue box. I sighed and got up to open it.

When I carefully took the lid off, there was a note.

                          I wanted to give this
                  to you when you first saw me
               after four years. But I forgot, so
          I shall give it to you now, my beloved.

I slowly took the letter out and saw a nice diamond ring(couldn't think of anything else). I slowly picked it up and examined it as I sat in my bed. And then put it on.

I smiled, hoping Thomas was by my side right now, hugging me. I sighed, finally letting some tears fall from my eyes.

"By the time I wake up, I'll be sent back to the tower." I sighed in defeat.

My own lover imprisoned me. My own lover almost had me beheaded.

Now, it's gonna happen all again.

It will be a surprise if I come out with my head.
