Peyton looked up from his callused hands.

"What!" He said.

"I can't just stay here! You expect me to be your prisoner!" I yelled getting up from the chair and running for the door. Peyton rose to his feet and grabbed my waist with one hand and putting the other one over my mouth. He wasn't much taller than me but he was tall enough to manipulate my body into following his instructions. He tried to move me but I fought trying to get to the door my hands so close to the knob that I could feel the cold metal.

"What are you doing." A voice said which belonged to Isaac. Peyton dropped me and I hit the floor hard. Isaac walked over to Peyton and smacked him on the back of the head.

"Was she trying to leave?" Isaac asked. I looked up at Peyton and he nodded without making eye contact. Isaac walked over to me and picked me up by my hair. I screamed and fought but I was ending up back in the basement either way, but the last thing I saw was a blurry, watery Peyton.

When my feet hit the bottom of the step I screamed and cried. My mother had always told me to always use my words when I was a kid, and to never get physical. I classified crying as words so any emotion, happy, sad, frustrated, mad, I would cry.i had no emotion for this though, was I upset, mad, frustrated? I walked over to my cot and layed down letting tears escape.i still couldn't believe what had happened to me these past days. I wonder what my parents are doing, maybe explaining to my brother why I'm gone. Maybe cooking kraft mac and cheese while waiting for a phone call from the police station, while my father rubs his temples in the study. I fell asleep last night thinking about the police, what If they give up on my case?
